Life\'s a Beach at Happy Place!

This charming Watercolor home was perfect for our family beach vacation in every way. We stayed with our adult children and their spouses/significant others. This house was perfectly designed for togetherness. First of all, the home is beautifully decorated with modern elements combined with farmhouse shiplap and beadboard. We all helped prepare meals around the large island, and played games around the kitchen table. The front porch swing was my favorite place in the mornings for coffee and listening to children riding their bikes on the street. The LOCATION IS PERFECT: walking distance to the Watercolor Camp Pool and a short bike or golf cart ride to both the Seaside and Watercolor beaches. We didn\'t need a car to go anywhere. The open living area was welcoming, and the beds were comfy. The master shower is huge and wonderful after a day at the beach. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations and we look forward to being back at \"Happy Place\" for many years to come!

Our family and friends had a spring break reunion in this house. There were four adults and four children and the house couldn’t have been more perfect. Everything in the house was better than advertised and we loved the bikes and close proximity to everything. The house’s set up is perfect for hanging out together with a gorgeous front room with dining, living, and kitchen and a great screened back porch that is practically an entire bonus living space. The beds were incredibly comfortable and each couple had their own private bathroom. We would love to come back next year and do it all over again! Can’t recommend this \"Happy Place\" enough!
