Enjoy the screened-in porch while cooking on the outdoor propane grill or one of the many additional outdoor living spaces that this home has to offer. Inside there is plenty of room for the entire family to relax with a large living/dining area, as well as an upstairs den for the children. A fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including a wet bar, a wine refrigerator, and an ice maker, will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. All bedrooms and the bunk room have private baths. The kids will enjoy the built in bunk room with 4 twin beds. Right down the hall is a queen bedroom, which connects to the homey den. There are three additional bedrooms that each boast a 42' flat screen TV and a king bed. Both the living room and upstairs den have flat screen TV's and DVD players. This luxurious house is wired with a full-house audio system, wireless internet access, and a washer/dryer located on each floor for convenience. The Carriage house is complete with a queen bedroom, a bath with shower, a living room and full kitchen. This private space is located above the home's garage. Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the third floor tower are truly amazing for checking surf conditions or watching the sunset! Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

**Beach Club Construction Update: We are excited to announce the Beach Club in WaterColor is now open with the completion of Phase 1! The Main Pool and Upper Deck have been completely refurbished, and the Main Pool Deck and Rita Bar now offer additional lounge and seating areas. Although limited, grab-and-go food options are also available. Phase 2 is expected to be completed in the Spring, and will feature two additional pools.

My family of 12 was part of a family reunion of 85 for Thanksgiving week, 2019. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at 57 Western Lake. We loved it the first time and the second time. The home is very comfortable, roomy and especially close to everything we wanted to do. We rented a golf cart the first trip but knew we didn't need it this time. We were able to get to places not in walking distance on the bicycles. Our only complaint was the short supplies of toiletries. That is mentioned in the 360 Blue contract but was not the case in our contract with the previous company 2 years ago. We just hadn't expected it to be that short. There was 1/2 a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 tiny bar of soap in each bathroom and not enough toilet paper. We never could find the switch to the ground lights from the parking at the garage to the back porch. This is dangerous at night.. I have no pictures at the house to upload, sorry. We loved our stay. Thank you! We all recommend this location highly.

Overall, I was very impressed with the area and rental property. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The only things that would have made it better would be entry and exit access through the front door (have a keypad on that door), as well as a few extra dishwasher soaps, garbage bags and paper towel rolls for short term guests who aren't at the property long enough to shop for bulk purchase items such as those. Also, the dishwasher wasn't bolted into the cabinets so it moved easily.
