DETAILS: Welcome to 30 North Shingle Lane in WaterSound! This fabulous 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has been professionally designed with smart and sophisticated interiors with comfort and convenience in mind! It's located just a short walk or bike-ride away from the private beach access and Dunesider pool. The exterior is just as charming as the interior, with a baby blue shingle roof and a white picket fence. It has the quintessential WaterSound curb appeal. The first floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal. This was our first time renting from 360 Blue and it was an amazing experience. We LOVED the house. It was quiet, clean, and incredibly spacious. We had 5 adults and 2 kids in our party and everyone had more than enough space, bathrooms, etc. Having the golf cart made our experience even better as well as the bikes. We visited all over 30A and we were so pleased with our choice to stay in Watersound. We met many other home owners in our community and they were all so kind and helpful with local recommendations. Any questions or concerns that came up, 360 Blue handled them promptly and made us feel like we had the benefits of a resort “front desk” while having the comfort of a house. We will absolutely be back in the future!
