Located just a few blocks from the Gulf, guests can ride bikes provided with the home throughout the neighborhood and along 30A's bike trail. The exterior provides plenty of privacy with a gated courtyard, porch, and access to the carriage house. There is also a propane grill for guests to enjoy use of. The first floor offers a combined living room and kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table, and a flat-screen TV in the living area. There is a half-bathroom down the hall, adjacent to the primary bedroom, which has an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Upstairs guests will find the remaining guest rooms and a secondary living area with attached balcony. The second floor features a sunbathing deck that connects to the carriage house. This was our second time staying at the \"Treehouse\" and will certainly not be our last! This home is beautifully appointed at every turn and you truly feel like you are staying at 5 star resort with the privacy and convenience of your own vacation home. The furnishings and interiors are gorgeous and so welcoming to enjoy your time at the beach! The home is super family friendly as we had 5 kids traveling with us with PLENTY of space for everyone to spread out. The open floor plan is perfect for gathering together for meals (complete with chef\'s kitchen to prepare them). The home features several expansive porches where we enjoyed reading a book while the kids played or an evening cocktail to admire the gorgeous sunsets. The home\'s carriage house above the garage is the perfect guest cottage for additional guests as well with a queen bed, full bath, kitchenette and living area. The beach is a 2 minute walk along Watersound\'s idyllic paths and when you catch the first glimpse of the Gulf past the breathtaking dunes ... you\'ll be ready to book your return trip right then!

This house was amazing. My husband children and I had the best vacation ever during our time at “Our Treehouse”. It was beautiful house that was immaculate. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Every morning we went for a run in this gorgeous neighborhood that was friendly and scenic. We plan in returning to Our Treehouse soon!
