EXECUTIVE ACCESS: WaterSound guests staying at this property have complimentary access to the WaterSound Beach Club and 3 community pools (including the 7,000 square ft zero-entry pool at the WaterSound Beach Club). Guests also receive 20% off stand up paddle boards as well as complimentary use of two kayaks or canoes for one hour per day at the WaterColor Boathouse. For an additional cost, they also receive full access to Shark's Tooth and Camp Creek Golf Courses, the WaterSound Fitness center, and 2 tennis courts at the Shark's Tooth Club and the WaterSound Beach Club.

Neutral, craftsman-cottage style exteriors invite guests into this wonderful home. Warm and welcoming interior décor elements create a refreshing ambiance to this home’s main level. A spacious, open floorplan joins the kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space make the chef’s kitchen a wonderful place to prepare and share family meals. The breakfast bar offers seating for four guests, and the nearby dining room offers an additional six dining seats. Luxurious furnishings make the living room an ideal place for relaxation.
The first floor also offers two beautiful bedrooms. The king bed guestroom features a large mounted flat-screen television and an en suite private bathroom with a glass-front shower and marble vanity. The gorgeous master bedroom boasts coffered ceiling details, French doors flanked by large windows, and an en suite private bathroom with dual marble vanities, a large spa tub, and a shower.
On the second floor, guests can enjoy the home’s second living area, which offers an oversized, plush sectional queen sleeper sofa and a mounted flat-screen television. Down the hall, a guest room with two twin beds, a large flat-screen tv, and a private bathroom with a shower provides a great room for younger guests. The home’s final bedroom boasts a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
This home features two exquisitely appointed screened porches with scenic lake views. The first-floor porch also offers a gas grill and a mounted flat-screen television. Guests can enjoy the beautiful dune walkover path to the sugar white sand beach and splash in the sparkling coastal emerald waters—or relax in the beautiful zero-entry neighborhood pool. Take a quick walk to the Hub, one of 30A’s most famous local spots.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
** Bicycles are allowed in the WaterSound West Beach community on the streets. The WaterSound West HOA will no longer allow bicycles on the West Beach boardwalks. However, they are still permitted on the beach walkover, with the following provisions. (1) Bicycles must be walked from where the pavement ends at the clubhouse to the entrance of the beach walkover and (2) Bicycles must be ridden at the lowest speed.
** Unfortunately, due to HOA rules the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own.
