Lovely carriage house in RMB. Looked brand new. It was spacious for a carriage house with a full service kitchen and large bathroom. Property was IMMACULATE. Location couldn't be beat. I plan to come back soon. Thank you to the owners for sharing this special place.

This is our second stay in Abba Carriage ...very comfortable for the two of us on our annual trip to Rosemary. All the amenities we require for a comfortable and familiar stay. Nice off street garage parking, nice furnishings I, nicely equipped kitchen , king bed and two large screen TVs..Our only minor issue was WiFi service for streaming tv and our devices was not reliable in the evenings when the main house was occupied...the carriage house shares the band with which is likely not adequate when numerous phones and TVs are streaming from the single WiFi . Not a deal killer but if you need reliable connections for remote work your might inquire if this has been addressed This was reported though no commitment for an immediate solution during our week was made....still one of the best carriages in Rosemary with convenient beach and pool access.

We had a fantastic time at the beautiful ABBA Carriage House. It's a perfect spot right near the ocean and amazing pool. First class and very comfortable accommodations. We highly recommend! We liked it so much we added another night!

DETAILS: Perfect for a couple or small family! This newly renovated and beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom carriage house retreat is situated near Eastern Green and the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters. It features gorgeous white oak floors, a chef's kitchen - and it's just steps from the beach and all the shops and dining opportunities of Rosemary. Coquina Pool is right next door. The chef's kitchen features designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and G.E. Profile appliances. The kitchen gives on to the living room with a comfy sofa with a queen sleeper sofa and flat-screen television - the perfect place for vacation movie night. Adjacent is the primary bedroom, which has a king bed and private bath. This carriage house retreat sleeps up to 4 guests.

- Sky Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 6 am to 10 pm (Adult Only Hours, 6 am-9 am and 8 pm-10 pm)
- Cabana Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Barbados Pool: open daily to residents and guests from 9 am to 9 pm.
Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
