Our stay was above and beyond. We loved Rosemary and the cute southern charm it had. Walking distance to everything!! It was beautiful. The house was adorable and the backyard was perfect with the pool.

Our house on Wiggle Lane was in the perfect location. Easy morning walk to coffee and breakfast. Truly enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Loved the boardwalk stroll to crossovers F or H.

Our check in and check out process was easy and didn’t take away from any of our vacation time! We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed quickly and resolved completely. Our house was exactly as stated and this resulted in a perfect vacation for our family! Thank you! We will be Back!

Our stay was great. As I put on VRBO… my only complaint was that I’ve never stubbed my toes so much in a house in my life (and I wasn’t the only one)… the furniture in the bedrooms is just too big for the space… however…. The remainder of the house was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, and the pool was amazing

Our family of 4 traveled to Rosemary Beach for spring break and loved every minute of it. The house was just right. We liked that the bedrooms were downstairs and the main living area and kitchen were upstairs with a view. It was a quiet street just around the corner from shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were perfect and the kitchen was well appointed. I only thing I would change would be the small bathrooms but we managed just fine. They were clean and had everything that you need. Just something to know:) Loved all the balcony options and the bikes were a nice bonus. We will be back for sure.

This was a much needed girlfriends trip and this house was PERFECT!! All the space we needed and walking distance to the center of Rosemary and of course a bike ride away to anything else!! We will make our annual trek to this house every year!

Cute little house to stay, great location! We were able to bike or walk everywhere.the bedrooms are small and not much room to place your luggage- really need luggage valets, we were a group of 6 girls for our annual girls trip so it was tight- we had luggage laying open in the hallways. 2 of the rooms had small closets but only 4 hangers total in the house. The bathrooms are small but we managed- I would say bigger mirrors would be nice. I would still stay here again, the beds were comfy. The bikes that came w/the rental were disappointing- they could use an upgrade. We rode from Rosemary to Seaside and one of the girls had to stop to get air because it was so low and mine were low also...we thought they were but it is hard to tell so we were doing double the work. That should have been checked prior to leaving the bikes. Renting through 360 was easy, the cleaning people were sitting outside waiting on us to leave- we left at 9:50 and Check-out was 10- they had been there for a while- felt strange.

We loved our stay in this pretty home. The location is perfect - just steps from the center of Rosemary Beach and a short bike ride to the beach. The bedrooms are a bit small (one with no closet), but how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?! The main living area is spacious and attractive. We appreciated the bikes that came with the rental. Rosemary Beach is so family friendly with lots of great eating options, cute boutiques, lovely pools, a great tennis center and very attractive architecture throughout. We would definitely stay here again or another 360 Blue property.

DETAILS: Playa Azul is a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sleeps 8 in the New Urbanist community of Rosemary Beach. Guests will love the large private pool, and spacious pool deck that includes an outdoor living area and kitchen. Playa Azul is close to the beach, 4 community pools, shopping and dining.
A shaded front porch welcomes guests to Playa Azul. Stepping inside guests may select between a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, or a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and access to the pool deck. Guests will love the incredible pool deck and backyard. A beautiful pool is surrounded by a lovely arbor, a shaded outdoor living area, an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and native palmettos and scrub oak trees.
On the second floor is a kitchen and an open living and dining area with exposed timber ceiling beams, hardwood floors, and a calming pastel color palette. Slipcovered sofas, chairs, and a large dining table that seats 8 provide a comfortable spot for guests to unwind and spend time together at the end of the day. Around the corner is a newly renovated kitchen with a marble waterfall island that seats 2, premium appliances, 4-burner gas cooktop and range, and lots of space to store snacks. A double pair of French doors open to a spacious deck overlooking the beautiful pool deck below, and a second set on the opposite side of the living area open to a balcony with shaded views of Rosemary Beach.
A third-floor loft area is a fun space for younger guests to call their own. A queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and petite living area enjoy natural light from French doors that open to a small balcony with bird’s-eye views of Rosemary Beach and the pool below.
