The location of this property was fantastic. The house was very clean at check in. The view was amazing! Only a couple little things for feedback. The trash was not picked up all week and it really piled up and smelled pretty bad. The hedges could use a trim in the front to open up the view a bit for the main kitchen/living level. The lights in a few of the rooms were connected and would turn on and off in other rooms. This gave us quite the laugh after the first night trying to figure out what was going on. We had a fantastic time and I would absolutely rent this house again. The bikes and golf cart were also very nice to have. Thank you for sharing your fabulous house with us!

The house we rented (4th year in a row) is beautiful and has everything you need! We had issues with Vacayzen chair rental manager but the girls at 360 were great and refunded our rental money to go elsewhere.

We loved our stay! The house was even more perfect than we could imagine. It was clean and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. We did have some issues getting the pool heated but the management company was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved the house we rented. It’s beautiful and has everything you would need. We had some Maintenance issues trying to get someone to look at the refrigerator that wasn’t working, and the alarm on it kept going off. It sounded like a smoke alarm and would wake us up at all hours of the night. Other than that, the stay was great!

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The beach was beautiful and chairs were so convenient. Wish they could have left them out til sunset instead of 5 pm. The game room was a big hit with our small kids and our teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked. One suggestion is to have hot pads and dish clothes in kitchen (we had none). The WIFI was not dependable. The location of this house is excellent. It would be nice to have bushes trimmed at the back so people could view the beach from 2nd floor deck.

The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family of 10. The grandkids loved the game room and we all had plenty of room to spread out! The rental company (360 Blue) was great and helped us plan a few activities. We will be back next year!

Overall a good experience. A few suggestions...you should have a notebook highlighting the key points-WiFi password, trash service details etc...because the WiFi and service is so bad at the house we couldn't access the app to get details! Luckily we had a screenshot of the door access code so we could get in because we could NOT get any other details and had to walk down the road to get service, then pull up the email and screen shot WiFi details, go back to house and then access the WiFi. The house was nice.

Our family stayed in the ""On the Beach"" home which was incredible. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our 3 married children, 10 grandchildren and my husband's brother. The home and location were perfect. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of room when we all came together. The kids loved the pool and the ability to walk down to the beach. The gameroom was incredible with the pinball machines and other arcade games. We loved waking up to the beach view. Even the rain couldn't take away the incredible views and time we had. I highly recommend this home. 360 Blue is an excellent company and awesome to work with, very responsive. Thank you for an incredible time we will cherish forever!!

Beautiful property and location but it is frustrating to have such an expensive place with so many issues: 1. We arrive to no water in any of the showers. Very responsive - they sent the plumber - showers work except the one on the main level which has trickling water. 2. Golf cart - we have signed waivers, there is a lockbox for the key but no way to access the lock box code. Was not sent in advance. We have been repeatedly calling the after hours line and no one is responding. 3. Supposedly a private beach, but we had others who were using the beach right in front of the property who refused to even move to accommodate property renters. Ultimately the beach enforcement service had to be called. Guys, great spot but need a bit more proactive preparation and quick response - particularly after hours.

Great vacation with all of our kids, their spouses and all 8 grandchildren. It was fun to have all under one roof playing games at night, sharing meals and most of all enjoying the beach during the day. Fantastic trip and we look forward to many more vacations together.

We had a fabulous time! Our friend group traveled this year with 20, 8 adults and our 12 adultish children. Everyone had a space, beach was wonderful and the house had every amenity you could ask for! The dishwasher would not start one morning and 360 arrived immediately and helped us out.

Beautiful home with gorgeous views. Perfect for large families with plenty of room to spread out. Very well stocked kitchen & really nice location on the beach. Our kids loved the game room downstairs. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at a fantastic place. We had a party of 13 and everyone was comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. They had a blast in the ocean, too!! The pool heater didn't always work but the kids didn't care.

Had a great stay with a BIG family! House was great and location good to go between Destin attractions and Panama City. Very happy with our choice and the game room was invaluable! Be aware, there are a LOT of stairs in the house itself, and then the stairs Over the dunes to get to the beach. We had a 1 year old and a 65+year old and it was a challenge for each. there isn't pantry or empty cupboard to store anything but the fridge/freezer is huge. I'm in love with the living room couch and forgot to see who made it... can someone help a mom out? My three teenagers all lounged together without fighting! 360 blu service was amazing-

Fabulous trip with our kids and grandkids. Perfect location, so close to both Seaside and Rosemary Beach as well as everything in between. The house is well-maintained and appointed. So much for the kids to do and access to the beach is primo. 360 blue concierge service was unbeatable. They helped us instantly on any little issue we had.

This was our annual family beach vacation. We are a family of 13 - 6 adults, 7 children. We loved the house, it's layout and location. Not sure what happened but our beach chair service did not know to set up our chairs on our first day. He seem to struggle with how to set them up after that. Kitchen could use dish cloths for wiping down/cleaning up counter tops. We would definitely choose this home again. Great for a large family!

Eight adults and 9 children gathered for family vacation for two weeks. Had a wonderful stay. Place was clean, full of amenities, pool, (TVs everywhere); games provided, plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.; bikes provided, and the chairs and umbrellas were a great hit).

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! Had 5 families with 9 children staying and had plenty of space for everyone. The game room with 2 arcade games, large couches, poker set and large tv was a perfect place to hang out. Having 8 chairs set up on the beach worked great as we were able to walk down the steps and start enjoying ourselves. Location was perfect as was very close to restaurants and shops in either direction and couldn't beat being right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to make it back in the future!

We were looking for our blended family to be able to get together every year and get to know each other since holidays everyone goes in different directions. We selected this home since it could accommodate so many people and was on the beach. After booking it was sold and went under another rental agency. The house had just finished been refinished and completely redone. There were a few things that needed repair/fixing however 360 was so accommodating and responsive. I cannot say enough good about them and how wonderful they were. They always went the extra mile for us. I don't think we will rent another one from anyone but them. The owner even stopped by the assure that everything was to our liking. The home is absolutely beautiful and the family enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The home has lots of games and things for children as well as adults. Thank you to everyone that made this trip possible for us.
