DETAILS: Welcome to the beautifully decorated 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home at 69 Thyme Street in Seagrove! It's situated perfectly on a large lot, just a short walk from the Dogwood-Thyme Street beach access. There is plenty of natural light throughout the home with an airy, open layout. The first floor has a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with a wet bar that leads out to the home's private pool deck. With 6 lounge chairs and an outdoor kitchen, alfresco dinners and happy hours are made easy here.

The gourmet kitchen and living room are central to the second floor. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry and lighting, and seating for 18 guests at the bar and dining table. There is also a chess table off the side of the kitchen to enjoy! There is a king guest room with a private bathroom and bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunkbeds.

The third floor has an additional sitting area as well, perfect for kids. There are 3 king guest bedrooms on this level and a queen bunk area. The bunk area has 2 queen-over-queen built-in bunk beds and has a shared bathroom with one of the king guest rooms. There is also a sprawling balcony with partial Gulf views.

Cari : The property not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The home had even more amenities than were listed in the VRBO listing. We had three families and fit easily into the floor plan. The location was close to everything including the beach. We loved our stay and would definitely return to this or another 360 Blue property.

Dottie : 360Blue was wonderful! Their communications were thorough and timely. Hope Coker and Sabrina Davis answered our questions promptly, even over the Christmas holiday. When we had issues with the TVs, a technician was sent quickly. The start kits of toiletries and kitchen detergents provided more than the basic necessities. Thank you, 360Blue!

David : This was our families first time to the Emerald Coast and it was truly beautiful! The house was the perfect location and we loved the pool and the house! the sleeping arrangements in the bedrooms were absolutely perfect for our large family! Also plenty of washers and dryers! The game room downstairs was great as were the bikes for everyone to use! The house was conveniently located really close to all of the shops and food trucks! We did have some issues with the house but anything that came up was IMMEDIATELY handled by the 360 blue contact person who was assigned to us. Which was also so nice!!! We will definitely be back!

Laurie J: Beautiful home and great location!! Easy walk to beach and to Seaside and Watercolor. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the rooftop and on the beach. Lots of different sitting areas throughout house and activities that provided something for everyone. Pool is small but was enjoyed. Kitchen could use a few large serving pieces to help when serving. We did enjoy, thanks!

Patricia W: Terrific house! Beautifully decorated and great location. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed for cooking dinners for a large group. Pinball Machines and games were well enjoyed. Goof cart was great to have and used a good deal as were the supplied bikes. The concierge service through 360 Blue was very convenient. A few very minor items to note: the closest beach access takes you to public and private beach. Check with the beach chair/umbrella rental attendant for info as there are no signs posted or info from home rental company. Pool appeared much larger in photos and is very nice but a small wading pool only. Good cart fuel level only registers when the gas pedal is engaged so appears empty when in park. The house comes with no oven mits and only a few dish towels. Overall the home was excellent and a terrific place for a large group. We enjoyed the house, beach and area very much!
