DETAILS: Azzurro Breeze is an incredible Gulf-front, 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom townhome in Seagrove Beach that sleeps 24. Guests will love the luxurious private rooftop pool, expansive Gulf views, an elevator for convenience, a 6-passenger golf cart, a sitting spa, and being within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

This gorgeous home has sandy-feet-friendly tile floors throughout and incredible views of the dunes and beach. Guests staying on the first floor will enjoy a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a shared bathroom with a shower, and twin bunk beds.

On the second floor, an incredible chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, a 6-burner gas range with a griddle, a wine chiller, and space for 3 at the dine-in island. A dining table seats 8 and a bar in the living area seats an additional 3. Guests can enjoy spectacular views of the dunes and beach while relaxing on 3 comfortable sofas that surround an electric fireplace in the living area, or step outside to a deck with a sitting spa and gas grill. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor for convenience.

A primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are on the third floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed with beautiful Gulf views and a private bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. One guest bedroom has a king bed with a shower, while a second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom. There is another washer and dryer on this floor for convenience.

Guests sleeping on the fourth floor may choose between 2 guest bedrooms with king beds and incredible beach views. One guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, and the second offers a separate soaking tub. An additional bunk room has 4 twin-over-twin bunk beds. A cozy living area with a queen sleeper sofa is a great place to gather before turning in for the night.

A large rooftop pool takes full advantage of the Florida sun. It is the ultimate place to toast at sunset and stargaze late into the night. Enjoy jaw-dropping views of 30A’s incredible white-sand beach.

Guests can walk along the 30A bike path and sidewalk to nearby shops and restaurants. Directly across 30A is an area filled with entertainment options. Old Florida Fish House is an excellent restaurant with live music, outdoor dining, and ample parking. The Beachy Bean Coffee Co. offers a wide variety of items, and Buddy's Seafood Market has general grocery supplies and fresh seafood. There is also a play area for children and docks that rent paddle boards.
