Very accommodating, The little details were a big plus. The beach bag, the olive oil for cooking, even thought of salt and pepper. 360 Blue seems to have thought of the tiny details that matter when you don't have them. If they are worried about the details the big stuff surely is taken care of.

The condo I rented was absolutely stunning from the decor to the views and so convenient to Seaside, Watercolor and the beach.
Having bicycles was a major perk although the lock on one of the bikes locked up when leaving Seaside the issue was quickly resolved by the staff at 360. They had a vendor come repair the lock and bring the bike back to the condo.
The only other issue we experienced was the gate code to the beach kept changing, would have thought a text with the new number would have been in order but there was some other guest that shared the new code.
Checkout was a breeze and I will definitely be booking again through 360.

We loved the location! Please check the outlets in thr master bedroom. Some stemless wine glasses would be great! We wish we had full control of thr AC. Loved the views! We will be back.

we love your service and Seaside. however, this is the second year in a row we have had issues with either not enough bikes or broken bikes. it doesn't help that the coded is the same for all the bikes. Also, if there's an issue say with the veridian property and you pass the renter off to them, you can't reach anyone. the amenities we great and booking is a breeze. great time.

The unit was nice and comfortable. We were met with a full lead of dishes in the dish easer to unload. I reached out twice to the 360 information number with no call backs when needing information.

DETAILS: Unit 202 at 2743 E County Hwy 30A is a new 3-bedroom, three and a half bath construction that offers guests a luxurious condominium featuring private deed access to the beach, 3 primary suites, and sweeping Gulf vistas with a brand new development only pool and hot tub with sunset viewing deck on the owners beach front property. With multiple restaurants downstairs and Seaside, WaterColor, and WaterSound all just a short bike ride away, this is a perfect location. There are two primary suites on either side of the entrance to the home. They both have king beds, HD 4K Smart TVs, cushioned chairs, large walk-in closets, their own temperature control systems, plantation shutters to black out the light, and ensuite baths with single vanities. The suite to the left of the entrance is slightly bigger and has a shower-tub combo instead of a solo shower. Guests can also take advantage of the laundry room between these two suites. Down the hall, the large gourmet kitchen seamlessly connects with the living and dining areas. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a range with an indoor griddle, abundant cabinet space, and a large island fixed with a breakfast bar and three stools. The dining area, which sits eight comfortably, boasts a large white and wooden table, while the living area has an oversized set of club chairs and a set of club couches that address the 65 inch HD 4K Smart TV and entertainment center. There is also a second living area with a large L shaped couch and HD 4K Smart TV next to the powder room near the main hallway for additional entertainment. This home provides the full sports package and HD channels on every TV, and there are Blue Ray players in both living areas. Be sure to step outside and relax on the club chairs and love seat on the balcony while you enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and a cocktail before grilling some steaks on the stainless steel gas grill in the dedicated BBQ area. Guests can also take advantage of listening to music or the game on the outdoor speakers. Finally, the third primary suite offers an extravagant primary bath and private access to the balcony overlooking the water. The room has a king bed, TV, club chairs, and blackout drapes. The huge bathtub, shower, and walk-in closet provide the final touches on this impeccable unit.
