Wine’d Down occupies the second and third floors of this Seagrove vacation rental. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and designer cabinets. The bar has seating for 4. The kitchen opens onto the dining area with table seating for another 6 guests. The living area has a comfy sectional sofa and a 65” smart TV with cable—and sweeping Gulf views. Here guests can access the balcony—the perfect place to enjoy cocktails with friends and loved ones in the evening with plenty of lounge chair seating. A gas grill is steps from the kitchen.

The second floor is home to 2 guest bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, and the other has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. They share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third floor is home to 2 more bedrooms—both with king beds and private bathrooms with shower only. This home sleeps 10 guests comfortably.

There are 2 nearby beach access points. The first is the Eastern Lake Beach Access located just east of the property between 471 and 493 Eastern Lake Road. The second beach access is the Walton Dunes Public Beach Access. Head east (left) on Eastern Lake Road, then continue straight on South Gulf Drive headed towards County Highway 30A. Once reaching 30A, head east (right). Follow County Highway 30A until reaching Lakewood Drive, then head south (right). Lakewood Drive will curve, and there will be a parking lot at the corner of Lakewood Drive and Beachfront Trail. Park here, then follow Beachfront Trail south to the beach. This access is about a 5-minute drive.

Wine’d Down has a laundry area to keep beach wardrobe fresh. There is on-site parking for 1 vehicle. Like to explore the local area?
