DETAILS: Seagrove Surf Shack is a 4–bedroom, 3.5 –bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 10. Guests will love the indoor/outdoor use of space, the home’s private pool, and its prime location in one of 30A’s most beloved beach communities.  

Guests will love the polished concrete floors and clean lines of the open kitchen, dining and living space. Exposed timber beams and jewel-like pendant lights add elegance to the room. A waterfall–edged island separates the kitchen’s built-in premium appliances from the dining area and provides additional seating for 5.  A series of sliding glass panels open the living area wall to a screened porch overlooking the outdoor courtyard and salt water pool. This luxurious pool features an oversized splash pad area with extra large loungers to be able to sit back and soak up the sun. A stainless–steel grill and a wet bar keep the mess of outdoor barbecues away from the main kitchen. Tucked away from the living area is the first floor master bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to a grass courtyard that is fenced in for privacy but still bringing in tons of natural light.
On the second floor, guests may choose between 3 guest bedrooms. A spacious guest bedroom with a king bed and private en-suite bathroom that mirrors the first floor master bedroom. A second guest bedroom with a king bed shares a bathroom with a guest bedroom with 2 twin–over–twin bunk beds.  
Guests will love bathing underneath the stars in the home’s outdoor shower and exploring Seagrove Beach on 4 included adult bikes.
