Also on this floor are 2 exquisite guest rooms, each offering a luxurious king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a glass-front shower.

A spacious and inviting open floor plan awaits on the second floor, the home's main living area. The chef's kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a large center island with ample seating, and stunning architectural and design elements. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table and seating for more than 15 guests. Relax in the comfortable living area, which boasts an oversize sectional sofa, multiple armchairs, and mounted flat-screen television.

This level offers 2 guest bedrooms - the first is a king bedroom and private en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a dual-sink vanity, and the second is a bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds and a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower and a dual-sink vanity.

A variety of guest room configurations on the third floor offers flexible accommodations for guests. The first king bed guest room features a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower.An additional living area provides a queen sleeper sofa and a shared bathroom. Christa : We had 19 girls for my sister's bachelorette party and had the BEST time!! The house exceeded expectations, the kitchen/living room area was giant and perfect for our large group to hang out. The pool area and rooftop porch were my other favorite aspects. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Aaron : First thing we set off the pool alarm… but Hope calmly walked us through it…Then the toaster and coffee makers tripped a circuit breaker and someone seamlessly came and reset it for us…then the golf cart needed repaired and someone brought us a new golf cart and that was seamless…then the dishwasher was plugged up and they sent someone out right away to unclog the drain…then the elevator people came to fix the light in the elevator… we were very pleased with the responsiveness to the needs and concerns of 17 guests!

Bobby : Overall experience was fantastic! We loved our time in Seagrove and the customer service provided by Hope, Jackie, and the 360 team is unmatched. Only notes on the houses are that there were a few loose faucets and some of the bike tires were flat. Again, we appreciate everything you did for our team to get the most out of our time there!

Cathy A: We had a Great time at this house. It was a group of six couples celebrating a 60th birthday. This was the perfect house for this group. Plenty of room for everyone to do what they would like and great space when we came together for dinners and games. 360 blue was great in our concierge Hope helped us with some special extras. Location was easy access to the beach and to Seaside and other areas. Highly recommend this home for a large group.

Jim B: The purpose of our visit to Santa Rosa was our sons Wedding. The home provided enough room for our entire extended family of 12. Our favorite part of the rental was the large kitchen and game room. We would have loved to have spent a lot more time on the beach but that was not possible due to the red tide. The sunsets were beautiful and the local of the home was perfect.

Mark A: We had an extended family reunion of 25 people aged 5-74yo. 6 couples, 6 single adults,7 children. We fit wonderfully with lots of community spaces to spread out. The elevator was a major win for the grandparents (high ceilings = lots of stairs). The walks to the beach, seaside, restaurants are all delightful and short. The concierge service is a game changer. All issues (only minor ones happened) were addressed quickly and attentively. Our concierge handle our bookings and rentals in advance. The kitchen is professional grade. My siblings were fighting over chances to use the grill and cooktop to prepare meals for the entire crowd.

Simone U: 18 of us (4 generations) stayed for a 3-day weekend to celebrate my mom's 80th. The house accommodated us perfectly for daytime games and hanging out, cooking, eating, and sleeping. Great views from the balconies. Plenty of parking. The location is great for walking and biking anywhere you want to go. The only slightly awkward space is one of the bunk rooms that is open to traffic off of the master and other bedrooms. We had single young adults sleeping there but kids would be fine. Elevator was great for aging parents. They used it every trip. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

Cory K: Amazing house. Everything was thought out in the design and furnishings. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. We had 3 families in our party, 13 people and more than enough space. Truly loved it here. Highly recommend and will definitely choose this house again. If I could make one suggestion only...for future improvement... house was impeccable except all the showers all had orange and black mold in corners and along the floor edges. For a new and beautiful home, I do believe this should be addressed with housekeeping and fixed. Thank you! Can't wait until next thyme ;)
