Sherrie : Liked the box of bathroom items, wine, ease of rental. Were given an old code for beach access. Dishwasher broken but offered a temp but we decided it wasn't necessary. Loved the house and was very clean.

Don T: Beautiful home and we loved the sectional! Our 3 generations fit beautifully and the kids loved the top floor with the 3 twin beds. The large kitchen table was great for our meals and for games. Loved the many porches and location! 360 Blue sent help when it was needed. Overall a wonderful experience!

Chris S: The house is gorgeous and amazing. it's a short walk from everything. There was an issue with the A/C but the managing company did everything they could to help us. We love this house and can't wait to stay here again. If there was a way to take a piece of it we would!

Chris a: This was our second visit to Sea Ya Real soon. We love the house and the location! We can walk to the private beach entrance in under two minutes and the pool is next door. The house has amazing decorations and is very comfortable with a great beach vibe. Our large group was very comfortable and it's nice to have king size and queen size beds and all 4 kids easily fit in the additional room. We love the new paint and appliances! The open kitchen is so nice to gather our large group for meals. The house was spotless upon our arrival. We hope to come back very soon. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine!

I have not been able to get in touch with 360 Blue though and that has been frustrating - we wait on hold and then eventually it says we have stayed to long in the cue?? As far as the house, Great location to beach! Would be awesome to have some kid bikes too:) love the decor and vibe of the home:)

Chris a: Amazing House and Location! We have stayed in Seaside many times and this house ( seayarealsoon.com ) was the most amazing location and house we have ever stayed at. The Gulf Views are amazing from the comfy chairs, while enjoying a drink in the evening watching the sunset. The kids loved the pool next door and it is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and equally close to down town Seaside. We never even used our car. The house was super comfy too with all of the kitchen items we needed, sleeping for over 9 and even an X-Box for the kids. We will book this again for next year or even sooner. Thanks so much for the great stay!
