DETAILS: Lucy in the Sky is an adorable Seaside beach home with a lookout tower. This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom cottage sleeps 12 on quiet Forest Street, overlooking a community pool and mere steps to a fitness center, tennis courts, playground, shopping, dining, and multiple beach accesses.

A delightful shaded front porch with a bench swing and cushioned chairs greets visitors to Lucy in the Sky and is a wonderful spot to people watch after a busy day of sun and fun.
Stepping inside, guests find hardwood floors, pastel finishes, and cozy slipcovered furniture. A wrap-around sofa faces a 65’ Smart TV, and a set of wingback chairs surround a gas fireplace—perfect for fireside chats with a warm drink. An oval dining table seats 6 and leads into a cheery kitchen with pale cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and cute and colorful tile work. Guests may select between 2 comfortable guest bedrooms on this level. One large guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen bed and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with a second guest bedroom. This second guest bedroom has a king bed, 50’ Smart TV, shared bathroom access, and opens to the backyard.

On the second floor are 3 additional guest bedrooms. A guest bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with a second guest bedroom that has 2 twin beds. A third guest bedroom has a king bed and opens to a lovely balcony with views of a community pool. The bedroom’s private bathroom has a double vanity and a shower.

Guests can climb up to a spacious lookout tower to enjoy sunset views of this famous little town that started the New Urbanist architectural movement.

While Seaside is designed as a walkable community, 5 included adult bikes make it effortless to explore. Lucy in the Sky is close to community pools, beach accesses, and award-winning shopping and dining experiences. Call 360 Blue to schedule your next beach escape!

Unfortunately, the HOA in this community prohibits golf cart rentals or for guests to bring their own.

***We are happy to welcome up to 2 small dogs (not over 40 lbs.) for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.

Ashlee : I planned a quiet trip with my daughter and her friend, and we ended up having a couple other friends join us last minute. The accommodations were perfect for all! We loved the set up of the home and and cleanliness was appreciated. The easy access to the area was amazing and the promptness and friendliness of the 360 staff when questions arose was impressive! We will defiantly be heading back to Seaside, the area and 360 has won us over! Thank you ~Ashlee
