We absolutely loved our stay in Watercolor. The proximity to everything was great. We rode bikes everywhere and felt safe letting the kids go out on their own. Loved how they could just ride over to the fields, pool and playground at the Camp. The house had everything we needed, was like brand new inside and very quiet. We loved having meals out on the porch or just relaxing out there with coffee or a good book. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was very comfortable and suited all of our needs. We slept better in this home than many other various homes on the WaterColor property. Part of that was the plantation shutters which kept the light out in the mornings. Also, it was very quiet even off of the main road. The porch swings were so relaxing everyday!! Being next to the heated pool was an added bonus. We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving as a family with beautiful weather and would love to stay here again of we get the opportunity. Thank you!

DETAILS: 1337 Western Lake Drive is a premier vacation home perfectly located in a newly developed resort along the coastline of Florida’s 30A. The WaterColor community offers a beautiful coastal style of living with endless activities. This vacation home is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom that sleeps 12 guests and has everything you would expect, including a tennis center, multiple pools with a huge slide, and a Boathouse. This 2-story home welcomes natural lighting throughout with its vaulted ceilings. With an open floor plan, the chef’s kitchen transitions beautifully into both the living and dining rooms. This space comfortably accommodates any sized crowd between the 5 bar seats in the kitchen and 8 dining room chairs. The living room is a cozy area with double couches and an accent chair, perfectly placed around a large flat-screen TV.
The primary suite is very spacious and features a king bed connected to a private double-vanity bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower. The neighboring guest room offers another king bed with a flat-screen TV and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
