The home was beautiful and well taken care of. I would note that the downstairs bathroom smells of sulfur, and I did call maintenance to report the issue. The deadbolt lock on the carriage house is broken, and the fire alarm went off at random times. 360 Blue did change the batteries in the fire alarm, but the deadbolt still needs to be fixed. Overall, this is a lovely place to stay.

We have stayed in many houses in Watercolor and this one is our favorite by far! The location is perfect - so close to 30A but the street itself is quiet with beautiful houses surrounding it. The house has been decorated by a well known interior designer with lovely art and fabulous decorative touches. The bed rooms are very plush and comfortable as is the bonus back house with its own kitchen area. The front porch is a perfect spot to relax in the mornings and evenings as is the back screened in dining area. The 6 person golf cart is a great plus. Don't miss out on this wonderful home!

This is a beautiful house. So spacious. Great art. Great location. One block from Highway 30A, shops, restaurants, and beach. The golf cart is a definite plus if you don't won't to walk but most things are walkable. We took the golf cart to the Publix which is on the backside of property. The carriage house is awesome too. Our adult daughter stayed there so she could have her own space. Seaside is right next door and a 10 minute walk. But Watercolor seems quieter and not as crowded which was a definite plus for us. The Beach Club at Watercolor has not one but 3 pools overlooking the beach. Awesome. We will definitely be back. You cannot find a prettier property or better location! Oh and the porches are great to sit and have your morning coffee!

DETAILS: "The Big Chill" is the perfect hideaway for families and friends looking to stay in the idyllic community of WaterColor. Located in the Park District, this professionally designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests and is surrounded by forest views with Western Lake and the Gulf nearby. 4 adult bikes are provided for everyone to cruise to and from the beach and along 30A without ever needing a car! Access to nature trails, playgrounds, and the recently renovated WaterColor beach club are also included in the amenities. There is also a carriage house which can sleep 2 for those looking for extra privacy.
