My teenage daughter and I spent labor day weekend in a beautiful condo in Watercolor. The Condo was clean, so comfortable and 360 Blue made everything seamless and easy for us, like walking into our home. Perfect long weekend spent in this condo and at Watercolor.

This is our 7th trip to Watercolor, second time in a 360 Blue property. My mother in law was surprised on Friday when an in identified female entered the condo with the key code. This is quite concerning as she seemed to think that it was her unit and had the code. The condo location is wonderful and the living area is very cheerful and accommodated 4 persons quite well. However, the unit's bathrooms need to be redone. The downstairs tub shower was discolored with black. The upstairs shower is prefabricated and needs replacement. The upstairs is an open loft and has one not so well placed air conditioning vent. So we needed to keep the downstairs very cold to keep the loft temp comfortable. The balcony was nice and roomy but the view is a brushy tree. The trash at the buildings elevator's first floor was overflowing (never picked up in 7 days).

We loved the location! There wasn't a good view though. All we could see were the scub oaks. The decor was great. But the loft bedroom upstairs was warm. They need a better placement of a vent by the bed. We really enjoyed the perfect weather and once we learned how to use the tv remotes we were set! The dishwasher was broken and the repair man was very nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend this property and I will see y'all in October with all of my family! Yay!

We loved our experience staying in the condo. It is close to the beach and the main pool which is fabulous. If you are planning to use the second bedroom, be aware that it is completely open to the living room downstairs so noise and privacy can be an issue but we made it work.

We loved our stay in tour condo! It was the perfect location to the beach club/beach facilities and a short walk to Seaside!! We had to cut our vacation short due to Coronavirus outbreak but we hope to come back very soon!! The Watercolor/ Seaside area has been a favorite vacation spot for Fall and Spring breaks for years and I can't wait to come back down soon!! Thank you for a wonderful few days!!!

We loved Idlehour in Watercolor! We've stayed multiple times in this unit and have enjoyed every minute! Perfect location, easy walk to Seaside shops and airstream food trucks! The beach is a short walk from the front door! Our first night we requested extra blankets from 360, and those were promptly delivered! Great service! We also left our bags of recyclables in the unit at checkout because we didn't know where to drop them. 360 told us they would make sure they were delivered to the recycling facility. We will definitely be back to stay in Idlehour!

We had a great week. The location was perfect for what we were looking to do. It is very close to the Watercolor Resort Pool and beach access (Wife's #1 priority) and a short bike ride to downtown Seaside (Daughter's # priority). It was also very close to the Watercolor Boathouse and Shopping. There were several minor items (Dining room chair broke when I sat on it, toaster didn't work, tv remote didn't work) but minutes after I brought it to their attention I got a knock on the door and it was fixed. We will certainly consider staying at this unit again next year.

We absolutely loved Idlehour!! It's in a perfect location within easy walking distance to both the beach and Seaside. We used the bikes that were made available to get around and it really helped with not having to find parking in Seaside. The condo was immaculate, bright and cozy. The beds were super comfortable and the Aveda bath products were a bonus!!! We loved this property and will be back!!

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Disclaimer: Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV.
