In addition to upgraded appliances and other enhancements in this unit, guests will also have access to the WaterColor Beach Club and all resort amenities, including the racquet club, nature trails, and complimentary bikes. The first floor includes an entry and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and both guest rooms. The first guest room features a queen bed and 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom next door includes a plush king bed. There is also a private entry and attached bathroom with double vanities. The second-floor living area encompasses a living room, kitchen, and dining room all in one. The living room opens to a covered balcony offering glimpses of emerald Gulf waters and is furnished with a pair of cozy sofas (one a sleeper) and several chairs grouped around a large flat-screen TV. Up to 6 guests can dine at the glass-topped dining table, with a place for 4 more at the adjacent breakfast bar. We do not rent homes to those 25 years of age or younger who are unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.     The home was very clean. It was interesting to have the kitchen and living room upstairs and the bedrooms on the main level but we made the best of it. The location was excellent! We were close to everything we wanted to be by!
