Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Perfectly situated between dining, shops, and the beach club, this modern designed 2-bedroom condo is ideal for a romantic getaway. The modern design with pops of green truly makes this condo a special place. The large open living room is perfect for entertaining. The dining room table offers seating for 4 with spectacular views. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-end appliances and beckons guests to cook their favorite meals. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV and adjoins a private bath with tub, shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 twin-size beds and offers views of the Gulf. The living room, kitchen, and primary all have access to the furnished balcony offering extended views from its third-floor vantage point. This location is just steps from Town Center's many shopping and dining options, and also convenient to the lakeside pool to the north and Beach Club to the south.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Disclaimer: Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV.

Whitney : Location was great. We enjoyed the bikes. Unit needs some updating- bathrooms especially. Carpet very dirty. One of the spindles on banister on deck broken- safety hazard esp with small kids. All in all, we enjoyed our time there and would use 360 blue again.

Michael : Your check in and check out procedure works very well. Initially we did not have hand towels but your crew brought some over. Curtains in the bedrooms and the living area are starting to need attention and some are coming off the rod. The disposal did not work when we got there but after some investigation I reset the breaker switch. It was full of smelly food. All else worked well.

Pamela Z: We have stayed at this condo the past 4 times we've visited Watercolors and we love it there. We were sad to see the fountain wasn't working as we enjoy the park view and water fountain . This feels like our home away from home.

Michelle M: I would love to give this condo 5 stars but I cannot. The location was perfect...walking distance to the beach club, boathouse and multiple pools. The condo is beautiful and very clean...however, the floors and both bathrooms need to be redone. Also, the dryer make a high pitched noise this we couldn't do laundry around bedtime. Also, I am very disappointed that an email I sent to 360 Blue during our stay didn't not get a response. There was a group of frat boys staying in the condo across the street who partied every day & night, screamed at every girl who walked by asking for their "snap". They tossed beer cans from the balcony and were totally disrespectful. I felt horrible for the other people staying in that condo building. Watercolor is a beautiful resort that should be above "spring break" craziness. Sad I never got a call nor an email reply back.

Williams W: We came down to watercolor for spring break with one of our daughters and a friend of hers. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us! It was roomy, comfortable and clean. And great location!! An easy walk across the street to the beach, and the other direction to the boat house pool, nature trails and bike and boat rental. Also, right across the street was the wine bar which became our regular place for happy hour. We met so many fun people there. The only negative was there weren't really enough linens, toilet paper or garbage bags for a weeks stay. We had to do a load of towels mid-week and run to the grocery for supplies. Guess I'm spoiled with hotel stays. We highly recommend the condo and watercolor beach.

Dana S: This was a lovely condo -- clean, stylish, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Lots of light and porch space, too! Plus, it's in a great location, with park views and easy access to the beach. The only drawback initially -- The master bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I contacted 360 about it right away and by Day 3 we had a brand new king mattress! I'd return and stick with 360 Blue. I like knowing that they clean the linens before every stay and that their staff is so kind, reasonable, and wanting you to be thrilled with your stay.
