We loved the location of our place. It was a short 3 minute walk to the beach club and beach access. There was a wine bar below us with food and other breakfast and lunch spots within walking distance. The patio was enjoyed everyday. We loved watching the rain storms.

Our favorite 360 Blue Watercolor condo so far! Proximity to beach and Watercolor Beach Club - across the street! Easy walk. Short bike ride to Camp Watercolor. Quick walk into Seaside. Balcony along 30A with a peak of the Gulf! Spacious living space and kitchen. Will book this condo again!

I loved the condo and thanks for the backpack cooler! I would consider coming back to same condo. Only complaint was the bikes. We could only find one and no air in the tire, so we need used he bikes and wanted to use them. We couldn't get anyone on the phone o help us. Problem with luggage when checking in so late and leaving early. It would be nice if a location to store luggage on arrival. Ocean view wasn't ocean view. We couldn't see the ocean. Trouble getting washing machine to work. Yet loved the cleanliness and decor of condo.

This condo was perfect in all the ways!!! It was clean and well furnished. The beds were so comfortable. The location couldn't be better and the balcony was the absolute best!!! We will definitely be back again for another week in our favorite place!

We were very impressed with the condo. It was spacious and comfortable, with a great patio! Perfect for our family of 4. The convenience to the beach and all that watercolor has to offer was exactly what we were hoping for. The walk to restaurants in seaside weren't too far for our 4 & 2 year old. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first family vacation with our daughter and we had the most amazing time! The condo was very clean, cozy and exactly as it was described under the listing. Camp Watercolor's expansion was such a blast for our sweet little family! DETAILS: Guests will feel spoiled by this fabulous location on the 3rd floor in the heart of Watercolor’s Town Center. Unit #305 is a renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom WaterColor condo that sleeps 6 and enjoys views of the Beach District, 30A, a sliver of the Gulf. The luxurious Beach Club, beach access, and restaurants are steps away.
This condo has sandy-feet-friendly wood floors and a cozy, family-friendly aesthetic. A bright and cheery kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything guests need to prepare a delicious meal or quick snack before heading out to the beach. Guests may opt to dine at an adjacent dining table that seats 6 or outside on a wonderful balcony overlooking Scenic 30A. A plush queen sleeper sofa and loveseat surround an armoire that conceals a 32” TV and offers a varied selection of books for rainy day reading. French doors flood the room with natural light and open to the furnished balcony, complete with a dining table and oversized armchair lounge chair. It’s the perfect spot to people-watch during the day or relax in the evening with a good meal and the sound of crashing waves in the distance. Opposite the kitchen and living area are 2 guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, a comfortable reading chair, smart TV with DVD, direct access to the balcony through French doors, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a soaking tub with jets, and a custom-built closet. A guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, lovely views of tall pine and oaks along the park, and shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with the living area.
