Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 178 Spartina Circle is a centrally-located, 3-bedroom home with 2 stories that overlook the entrance of Camp WaterColor. The front of the home has a furnished, wrap-around porch that is partially screened. There are 4 chairs and 2 tables on the un-screened section, and a swing, club-wicket chairs, and a 2-person chair in the screened-in section. Inside, guests can utilize 3 bedrooms. The first is furnished with a queen bed, TV, a private bath with a single vanity and shower-tub combo, and it has access to the screened-in porch. The primary suite, also found on the first floor, has a king bed, a chair and table, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The primary bath has a double vanity, jetted tub, and shower. Upstairs, guests will enjoy the common areas, a third bedroom, and a wrap-around balcony that is also partially screened-in. The gourmet kitchen has plenty of counter spaces, stainless steel appliances, 4 bar stools, and a wooden dining table with 8 chairs. The living area has club couches, club chairs, a table, a TV, and 2 exits to the balcony. The side exit leads to the 4 chairs and gas grill in the un-screened area. The back exit leads to the swinging day bed and glass-top table with 4 chairs in the screened-in area. A half bath adjacent to the kitchen is also available for guests gathering in the common areas. Finally, the third and final bedroom is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, TV, table, 2 chairs, and a private bath with a single vanity and shower-tub combo. 178 Spartina Circle allows guests quick access to the amenities offered in the park and pool areas of Camp WaterColor while also being able to be at the beach in minutes.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
