This unit has been professionally decorated with bright white and baby blue hues in each room for the ultimate luxurious, coastal feel. In addition to the Gulf views, this condo is in a prime location of WaterColor, with the Beach Club pools, downtown WaterColor shops and restaurants, coastal dune lakes, and Seaside, all just a short walk away.
The condo has 2 stories, with a king bedroom on the first floor. There is also a hallway bunk with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional living area with a queen sleeper, all of which have access to a shared bathroom in the hallway.
Upstairs, the open kitchen and living room have been completely updated with top-of-the-line furnishings, premium stainless steel appliances, and all-white cabinetry. There is a banquette with seating for 6 and an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar for guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen also has a separate entrance to the outside, while beautiful Gulf and pool views fill the room from the other side. There is a spacious living area with 2 sofas, chairs, a flat-screen TV, and outdoor seating on the balcony. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with king beds, balcony entrances, and private bathrooms.
Guests will have access to all of the pools, nature trails, and playgrounds that WaterColor has to offer. The unit also comes with 3 adult bikes that are perfect for cruising around 30A to the nearby Grayton Beach or Seaside! Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Disclaimer: Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV. Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
