-Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 10 wristbands.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: 66 Tall Timber Court is a bright and peaceful cottage in the sought-after and quiet WaterColor Camp District. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and wonderful accommodations for 10 guests!

Sunny yellow exteriors create a warm welcome for guests arriving to stay at 66 Tall Timber Court. Inside, vaulted ceilings and shiplap details give the main living area an airy and bright ambiance. The dining area offers seating for 8 guests, with three additional seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. Granite countertops, bright white cabinetry, and premium stainless steel appliances make the chef's kitchen a lovely place to prepare family meals. The living area boasts a large flat-screen television, plush furnishings, and a cozy queen sleeper sofa. The first floor presents the stunning primary suite, which features a luxurious king bed, French doors to access the outdoor porch, and a private en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, a shower, and a separate soaking tub. Also on this floor is a king bed guest room, utilizing a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower.

Climbing the stairs, guests are met with the second-floor loft area. This space offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen television. The second-floor bunk room features two twin-over-queen bunk beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower - a perfect setup for the younger guests in your group! Outside, a spacious screened porch offers a quiet place to relax with a morning cup of coffee, and the gas grill and outdoor dining set create a wonderful opportunity for dining alfresco!

FIRST FLOOR

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Genvieve : We all had a very enjoyable and relaxing time at your property( Sunny Daze). The home is very comfortable and clearly maintained to the highest standards. If I were to be nick picky , I would suggest “smart” TVs in all the rooms where applicable. We stream at home and haven’t used cable in years. Luckily, we only had downtime late in the evening and that didn’t matter. However, it might for some.

Kimberlee G: We had a lovely time! We are experienced 30a vacationers and the house and amenities did not disappoint. The house was more than enough for our family, family of four with a grandparent. Definitely could work with two full families. Only glitch was golf cart had wrong key and was not registered with watercolor. Not a big deal, easily addressed.

Carrie S: Great house for our family vacation! There is plenty of room to spread out, kids separate from adults. Screened porch has lots of fun games and a table that seats 6, which was a great place for the kids to eat and hang out in their own space. Grill worked great. Love the location, end of turnaround, so quiet, only have a neighbor on 1 side. Highly recommend, this is our 2nd year renting this place and we will be back for a 3rd year in 2022!

Aimee B: We loved everything about our stay and this is now our favorite place. Loved the location, it's quiet, lots of space for kids to run and especially loved the screened in porch! Our kids are young so they loved sleeping together in the bunk room. Overall great experience, beautiful house and location! Would absolutely stay there again!

Garry S: Even thought the weather was less than perfect, the house was great. This home offered the ideal set up with a bunk room upstairs and a side screened in porch facing a wooded area to isolate the teens. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Carrie S: We loved this house! It was at the end of a street, so trees lined one entire side of the house. The side screened in porch was on that side of the house, lots of shade. There was a large table to eat at, a grill, a TV and Corn Hole on that porch. The front porch had a large bed swing, where I read my book every morning and evening. There were plenty of chairs for the entire family. The main floor had 2 large king bedrooms with a bathroom each. I loved that 360 made every effort to properly clean the home and during this Covid Pandemic, I was very pleased. Blankets and linens were in bags, so we knew they had been sanitized. Upstairs was the best part for my kids, they had their own loft area with sofa and TV , then a LARGE room with 2 twin bunk beds, and 2 twin over queen bunk beds, and their own bathroom. It was plenty of space for my 17, 15 and 11 year old children. We totally could have had another family join us. The golf car that came with the house was a must and the 3 bikes saved us from having to bring all 5 bikes from home. I highly recommend this house and we will be back next year. I love the quiet, tranquil feel of this house.
