All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico. DETAILS: This wonderful gulf-front townhome offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community swimming pool. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all located on the second floor. The large living room offers plenty of seating; a television, DVD/CD player, and French doors that open onto a furnished balcony showing great views of the Gulf and swimming pool. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. The large open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Located on the second floor are 2 spacious bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, and a furnished balcony offering great views. The bathroom features a shower and jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, TV, and a connected bathroom with a single vanity and shower. A third bedroom, located on the first floor, is furnished with 2 queen-size beds, TV, and single vanity and shower. An added bonus is a den on the first floor equipped with bunk beds, TV, DVD player, and a furnished porch that looks out over the pool. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. Disclaimer: Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart/LSV.
