Great house. Beautiful location. Worked perfectly for our party of 9. The only complaint I have was the lack of a supplies. For 9 people in the house there was only 2 garbage bags and we could have used more toilet paper and paper towels. I was surprised that there were no condiments. No salt, pepper, etc. I guess the process for this type rental differs from Airbnb, condo rentals, etc.

Our stay in Watercolor this July was fantastic! We had a beautiful house located in such a picturesque area along 30A. We also had great customer service from 360 Blue, that allowed for a Live Chat to communicate, if needed. When one of the bikes that was part of our rental had a chain break, they sent someone out immediately to replace/fix the bike. We could not have been happier with the service. Also, the communication for Check In, Check Out and along the way was seamless. We will definitely book with them in the future. Watercolor is the perfect spot to come for families - so many different pool options and the Beach Club was awesome. Great drinks, great food, ambiance. The kids also enjoyed Camp Watercolor for the Lazy River and slides. Our favorite meal of the week was at Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Such a cool vibe in the restaurant and lots to see. Great food as well - try the waffles, they're so good! Overall, if you choose 360 Blue and 30A (Watercolor is now our fave), you won't be disappointed!

Lovely home! The pool was a great bonus as well as the high chair for our 8 month grandson. A few suggestions to make this house a perfect home: a dresser in the carriage house is needed. More kitchen towels in the main kitchen (you only provided 2 and that's not enough for a whole week). A swing by the front porch or more chairs to accommodate more guests. The white sofa in living room could use a good cleaning. Thank you for letting us stay.

This home was a great size home for our family Florida trip! loved the kitchen set up. The pool was great for all and nice that we could have it heated ! The only issue we had was that we never got the 5 bikes that were to come with the home when rented. We were refunded for these but it was a disappointment. The bathroom shower was very hard to use Water pressure very strong and hurt when showering . There was no way to adjust. No long mirror in the house if you need to check outfit before going out.

Nice house, good service and amenities, but definitely do not recommend paying for heated hot tub or pool. Doesn't get hot, waste of money. Doesn't feel like 90 degrees.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Comments are all about minor things, none of which disrupted our enjoyment of the space - could use a paint refresh on interior walls and it wasn't clear from the rental information that paying for the heated pool doesn't include use of the jets for the spa. Otherwise, beautiful spacious home.

What a Week. The house was great, the weather was the best it's been in the last 4 spring breaks there. Had a great time! House was perfect for our family the Covid-19 virus but a different vibe to our SB for sure. We tried to make the best of it we ended up leaving a day early bc everything was shutting down! Glad we had the pool. It was nice to hang out by the pool when they closed the beach due to the virus. We've been coming to WC for about 10 years now for SB. We love it and we will be back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us. The only thing I would suggest is to have a dresser in the carriage house, we lived out of our suitcase & it would of been nice to have a dresser. And a broom in carriage house. Other than that it was perfect!! Thanks again!!! God Bless. Praying God keeps you all safe from the nasty virus!

LOVED everything about the house (and I would consider myself picky!). The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Beautifully decorated, lots of space, Beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers were great, pool was nice, and having access to the garage was wonderful. We were two families staying and we had plenty of room!

What a perfect home!!! This was one of the best equipped homes we've stayed in. Everything we needed for a great big Thanksgiving dinner and more! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our large family with children ages 6mos to 12 years. The beds were the most comfortable ever. Our service from 360 blue was excellent!!! I highly recommend this home!!!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. Everything was perfect and each space was set up in a way that made us feel at home. The website of info and email notifications kept us in touch with management every step of the way for our visit. Loved our house in watercolor!! Clean, lots of room, the kids loved the pool at our house and all of the nearby pools!! Something new to do everyday and we loved being so close to Publix! Great time was had by everyone in our group!!

We enjoyed this lovely, spacious home! The mini bunks really were a hit with the little ones! We only had very minor issues that were promptly addressed by the excellent staff and service from 360 Blue! The only suggestion I have is to add more cookware. We mainly eat in and with 12 people two small saucepans were not enough! Also I'd suggest a non stick skillet for the kitchen! It'd be great if the golf cart was included in the rental. But I will say Jeff with the Watercolor shuttle was excellent!! Need more seating by the pool maybe lounge chairs. Will definitely rent from 360Blue again.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: "Royal Breeze" welcomes you with a calming color palette and soft finishes. You will enter the home into an open concept living area connecting the dining room, living room, and gourmet kitchen. Just down the hall, you will find the first bedroom. This room has a king bed, pool views, and a private bathroom with a standup shower.
Just upstairs, you'll find the cool colors pulled throughout the entire home. The first bedroom on this floor is the primary, boasting a spacious closet, king bed, and spacious en suite. The second bedroom on this floor is found just down the hall featuring a king bed and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The last bedroom sleeps four with a king bed and two built-in bunks.
Just off the back of this house, you'll find a great outdoor living area featuring a private heated pool and plenty of outdoor living space!
