We had a lovely time at 5 Blue Stem Ln. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, and the washer and dryer were nice and big. The front porch swing was our favorite spot! It was so serene and relaxing. We loved it and would definitely go back!

We had a lot of fun during our stay at watercolor. Three generations played in the pools and made Sandcastle‘s on the beach. A very memorable time together!

I was one of 9 guests. The house is perfectly set up for gathering and alone time: so much light airy space. We made 1000 piece puzzles on the screened in side porch with its large whitewashed table. Prepared meals together at the kitchen island while others watched sports on the TV, conversed as they sat around the island or played games at the dinner table that sat 8 comfortably. and all of this in one open space. We rode bikes, walked the beautiful paths to the Beach Club pools with the beach/ocean just beyond, enjoyed the open green space across from our front porch and the Frog Swimming Pool a block from the front door. There were shops and restaurants and a grocery store all inside the confines of Watercolor. We literally could have parked the car until time to depart. LOVED IT ALL!!

Seabreeze is a beautiful home and the location and setup was perfect for our group of 15. We especially loved the large kitchen, living areas (up and down), multiple eating areas....and the front porch. Great time in Watercolor!
