HOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 10 wristbands.

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Sunny Lane", located in the Camp District, is a perfect location for a family to create wonderful WaterColor memories. The Camp Watercolor pool and a lovely park are just steps away. The lavish WaterColor Beach Club, the white sand beaches of the Gulf, and a variety of shopping and dining experiences are only a short bike ride away. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and adjoins a large, private en-suite bathroom that features a separate jetted soaking tub. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fun bunk room perfect for children. The roomy third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and has an adjoining sitting room. You will find a comfortable daybed with trundle in the sitting room and is a great spot for watching TV or keeping the kiddos close. Your guest will be snug as a bug-in-a-rug in the cozy fourth bedroom, which has a private bath. As the day ends, unwind on the fully furnished screened-in patio overlooking the surrounding park or gather for fun and conversation in the home's open concept living area. There is seating for 8 to enjoy a meal or playing games around the large dining table. "Sunny Lane" is a place to make cherished memories.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only 1 cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adam : Great location across from Camp Watercolor. Beautiful house with an incredible front porch. 360 Staff was quick to respond to our requests. Of note, their staff really went the extra mile on checkout day to assist us in locating an important lost item. Definitely would do the same trip again!

Leslie : We appreciated that the house and porches were very clean when we arrived. 360 Blue was very responsive to two issues we had with the house. The location of the house was across the street from the Watercolor waterpark which made it super convenient to get to the pool. Biking is so much fun around Watercolor and used the provided bikes daily.

Lezlie R: This was our 5th summer in Watercolor and the first time staying in the Camp District. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the lazy river and grill. We drove and biked to the Beach Club, Seaside, and Publix within minutes. We will go back to renting in the Park district to be closer to the beach and Boathouse. The house was true to photos. It had everything needed without a lot of extras. The downstairs air conditioner worked well. The upstairs unit never cooled the 2nd floor sufficiently and remained a bit stuffy. Overall the house could use a little attention but nothing was unbearable. When we realized the main room TV didn't work on a rainy morning, 360 Blue brought a replacement right away. We enjoyed the swing and rockers on the front porch, screened porch and the open concept living areas. Overall not our favorite rental but could be happy here again for a last minute trip.

David L: Our family was headed overseas for Spring Break 2020 when Corona Virus derailed our plans - the day before we were scheduled to leave! We pivoted at the last minute and 360 Blue was able to help us find us a great home in Watercolor at the last minute. We stayed at 282 Spartina Circle. The home was perfect for our family. Great location - right across the street from Camp Watercolor.& the soccer fields & the playground. The house was in great shape and we perfect for our crew. The *only* downside was that they were doing construction on the home next door to us and the crew working on that home started swinging hammers around 8 a.m. (which was early for some in my family)! But - nothing you can do about that!
