Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: "YOLO" is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, plus bunk nook/4 bathroom home in WaterColor's Park District. This home is the perfect beach retreat offering first floor bedrooms with 2 kings and 2 bunk rooms (6 beds in all). Each bunk cubby is equipped with it's own reading light and usb for our kids and teens that may have brought their devices to the beach.

The upstairs is completely open and perfect for family and friend gatherings, large dinners, entertaining, card games and fun. Wrap around porches on both floors provide extra space for privacy. This house has an ideal location offering all of the amenities of the WaterColor community coupled with the proximity of Seaside just outside the backdoor. Features include all-new paint, hardwood floors, newly screened-in upper porch and renovated kitchen with top of the line appliances to include Thermidor gas stove top, oven, and even a warming drawer, perfect for large families and entertaining. New dishwasher and industrial style sink are perfect for those that want to stay in for a meal or two. The upper level porch offers a gas grill and extended picnic table seating for large groups. Enjoy the new flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and surround sound in the main living area with HDTV smart tv in the main living area and primary. There is also a sleeper sofa and full bath on the top floor for extra guests or relatives offering sleeping arrangements for 12 in total.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kristen D: Great location (steps from Seaside) and convenient to everything else. We did not feel this is a ""kid-friendly"" property. The bunk beds were 7 ft off the ground and had a huge gap between the bed and wall (with no guard rail on the back side) that a child could easily fall though. The front door has an interior lock but in order to unlock the door and walk right out, you simply pull the door handle down and the door opens. We moved the foyer console table in front of the door at times to prevent our younger children from getting out. We loved the open concept 2nd floor and screened porch. Also, master bath isn't a master -- it's a shower with a pedestal sink (had to store toiletries and makeup case on the floor). Honestly, this is a great house and great location but safety issues need to be addressed and could use refresher paint in many areas. 360 Blue addressed the few problems we had immediately (filthy porch...kids coming inside with black feet and an entire bag of spilled Doritos under one bed).

Lydia W: The location was amazing - you have Watercolor and Seaside at your doorstep. We have used 360 for three other 30A vacations and this house was definitely a disappointment from previous homes. it was not nearly as clean when we arrived. There were also no personal touches - no throw blankets, only two kitchen towels - in a home sleeping 10. When I called 360 they said this house didn't have an ""˜upgrade package' to include blankets and such. I don't see anywhere on the website where we would know that as a renter. It may sound silly but in a vacation house, we were all looking for these comforts as we had downtime. It has a great layout but is very obvious the owners haven't spent time here. The bunk room with four didn't feel safe for young kids because the ladders are so high and there is s huge gap between the wall and the bunk; even up top. Our kids weren't safe sleeping on the top with that gap and only a half rail. We will return to this part of Watercolor but not this house.

Elizabeth J: We loved our location in Watercolor - we were steps/quick bike ride to seaside and loved access to Watercolor with towels, pools, etc. At first, we were worried that bedrooms were on bottom floor, but house was sound proof - loved big kitchen and family room and the screened in porch was amazing. We would definitely stay here again : ).

Nelson U: Our family has stayed in Seaside pretty exclusively for 15 years, but we saw this watercolor home in Seaside's ""backyard"" & felt it could accommodate our group better than Seaside options & we were glad we rented it. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 6 teens. Location feels private but very close to seaside and walkable or easy bike to beach. Bunk rooms are small but oversized bunk beds (high head room) so were great for bigger kids. The upstairs kitchen, dining & living area is as amazing as the pictures. House was ready 2 hours before check in, super clean and ready to go. 360 Blue is very professional & was pleasant & available for any requests we had. We'd rent this home again in a second. LOVED IT.

Tim W: We had a wonderful week at YOLO! The house is beautiful. All new appliances in the kitchen were fantastic. And perfect location in watercolor. We would absolutely come back next year if one detail could be figured out. There are three sets of bunkbeds in the house and the top bunk is not overly safe for children on any of the three. This was super strange to us but in the kids room there is a gap between the bed and the wall on the top bunks. The gap is plenty wide enough for our 10 year old daughter to fit thru. There is another bunkbed in a smaller room and it did not have any railing on the front. These bunkbeds are very high so just not ideal from a safety perspective. Otherwise, I highly recommend the house if this doesn't bother you. Everything else is fantastic!
