Lovely cottage. Not happy with being charged $75.00 for early check in. Not stated in any of our documents, it does say 4 p.m. check in. We were given our parking pass early and the check in code worked. We have rented homes throughout the US and if the code does not work, then we cannot go in or we are told home is not ready.Should make this more prominent in your documents and not pass off hidden charges.

We loved our stay in Bunny’s Cottage! It was perfect for our family of 4. The beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. 360 provided all the needed toiletries and household items to get our vacation started. The Watersound community is our new favorite spot on 30A. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning!

Over the years we have stayed at many of the properties from condo units to small and large houses. This is probably our favorite. The room layouts and placement of furniture makes this house very roomy. The outdoor space is fantastic. House was very clean. The only downside was that the golf cart was inoperable when we arrived and had not been advised. We had no other means of getting to the beach. Working with 360 we were able to find a solution and they had the cart fixed for part of our stay.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Unfortunately, we can not allow animals in this home. The owner has a severe pet allergy, and failure to adhere to this rule will lead to immediate eviction and loss of deposit. Guest is fully responsible for all damages.
Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW.
- Unfortunately, due to HOA rules, the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.
