We had a great experience and our condo was ready to roll when we got there. Our only issue was not having the address to get our car pass so that we could enter through the security gate on check in day. We stayed in the WaterSound Condo complex.

2nd year in a row and we loved it as much as our 1st stay last year. My husband and I have chosen this spot to be where we make our family memories. To see our 6.5 and 3.5 yr old boys run in and remember where there bunk beds were and how to get to the beach, pools etc did nothing but make our hearts sing. The condo is beautifully decorated, everything you need is there...access to the beach club makes it ideal. Simply love it and we will be back next year. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us.

We have stayed in this condo several times, we love how spacious it is. We also love no stairs to haul luggage up and it is the only 1st floor condo with a view. The Beach Club access was great. 360 Blue was great we checked in after hours with no issues and everything was as promised. We will definitely be back next year!

The open living area is filled with windows to take in the views and offers seating for everyone whether dining, watching television, or simply taking in the views.The kitchen area offers gourmet amenities with rich hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, and professional stainless steel appliances. Enjoy having all of the amenities of home as you prepare meals in this beautiful kitchen. *Per the HOA Policies: Nothing to be draped on railings. Balconies to be kept neat and clean. No grills (gas, charcoal, electric or similar apparatus) are allowed on balconies, under any overhang or within 20ft of any structure per the FL Fire Prevention Code, NFPA 1 chapter 10.11.6.1. The Water Sound Rules and Regs further specify that only the grills provided in the pool enclosure are allowed on property.
*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
