The open living area is filled with windows to take in the views and offers seating for everyone whether dining, watching television, or simply taking in the views.The kitchen area offers gourmet amenities with rich hardwood cabinetry, granite countertops, and professional stainless steel appliances. Enjoy having all of the amenities of home as you prepare meals in this beautiful kitchen. The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with picture perfect views, flat screen television with DVD, and a king bed for relaxing. Access to the porches, make this room the perfect getaway. The primary bath brings a perfect touch of pampering to your vacation with an over-sized jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a queen room featuring porch access, flat screen television/DVD, and a private bath with a shower and a single vanity. The third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, a flat screen television/DVD, and a private bath. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 8) FIRST FLOOR: Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom With Tub/Shower Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed, Private Bathroom With Shower Guest Bedroom: Twin over Twin Bunk, Private Bathroom With Shower Living Area: Sleeper Sofa *Per the HOA Policies: Nothing to be draped on railings. Balconies to be kept neat and clean. No grills (gas, charcoal, electric or similar apparatus) are allowed on balconies, under any overhang or within 20ft of any structure per the FL Fire Prevention Code, NFPA 1 chapter 10.11.6.1. The Water Sound Rules and Regs further specify that only the grills provided in the pool enclosure are allowed on property. *Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
