- 1.5 oz of vodka of choice
- 2–3 oz of squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit
- 4–6 oz of cucumber seltzer, or regular seltzer
- 1–2 slices of cucumber
- 1 wedge of grapefruit
- 1 rosemary sprig
Fill a small cocktail glass with ice. Next, add 1 shot of vodka (1.5 ounces) and 2–3 ounces of freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice. Finish it off with 4–6 ounces of cucumber-flavored or regular seltzer. Garnish with 1–2 thin slices of cucumber, a wedge of grapefruit, and a stiff sprig of rosemary.
