Sunday Funday Cocktail: Ruby Red Cocktail

There’s nothing that compares to the tanginess and flavor that a juicy Ruby Red grapefruit possesses when making a cocktail. This light and airy drink fits the menu for any occasion—whether it’s for a holiday dinner party or summer soiree on the beach. No need to worry about drinking your dessert either—this cocktail is perfect for those who wish not to go overboard with sugary drinks. Guilt-free and divine!

The Ruby Red Cocktail is also a lively cocktail option for anyone hosting a girl’s brunch, as bright citrus, zesty cucumber, and rosemary will lighten up any carb-heavy meal. This would make a great mocktail for as well, omitting the vodka of course.

  • 1.5 oz of vodka of choice
  • 2–3 oz of squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit
  • 4–6 oz of cucumber seltzer, or regular seltzer

  • 1–2 slices of cucumber
  • 1 wedge of grapefruit
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Fill a small cocktail glass with ice. Next, add 1 shot of vodka (1.5 ounces) and 2–3 ounces of freshly squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice. Finish it off with 4–6 ounces of cucumber-flavored or regular seltzer. Garnish with 1–2 thin slices of cucumber, a wedge of grapefruit, and a stiff sprig of rosemary.
