Our expert Property Managers at 360 Blue are full of innovative ways to establish quality, lasting relationships with our homeowners. The Property Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Property Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all assigned homeowners, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with business executives in a professional setting.

360 Blue is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work out of our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office. The job will require performing routine maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.). Applicants must have a clean driving record and be able to lift 50lbs.

YOU….

  • Will inspect homes to maintain functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using company software systems
  • Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools.
  • Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.).
  • Reconfigure, install, position, and remount various varieties of home furniture and electronics
  • Recommend parts and maintain required documents for maintenance main office
  • Performs other work related duties as assigned by maintenance main office through company software system

Our team is highly-energetic, fast-paced and we do multi-faceted work within an agency style environment involving 360 Blue and it’s affiliate businesses, which include BeachLife Magazine, The Sonder Project, Honey Hutch, The 30a Half Marathon, and 30A BBQ Festival, and Key Data Dashboard.

Duties
– Strong content marketing experience (designing, implementing, measuring) at a fast paced company (SaaS experience a huge plus)
– Excellent copy writing skills and the ability to articulate marketing messages clearly for decision makers
– Ability to create & refine new messaging to better attract different client personas
– Experience designing & running email marketing campaigns
– Experience developing site content with designers to help guide the visuals, content and overall display of content & messaging
– Experience with the impact social media has on a brand with an understanding of leveraging social media channels to rapidly develop new messaging & content
– Experience building & pushing white papers & case studies to decision makers & end users
– Experience executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests through brand marketing channels

360 Blue is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join its team.  The right person will work well with others in the Accounting Department and possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The bookkeeper position enjoys an exciting team-work environment while performing the daily and monthly bookkeeping responsibilities for the company, as well as several related entities.  The environment is fast-paced and deadline driven, and the bookkeeper must work both accurately and efficiently.

 

Working closely with the rest of the accounting team, as well as customers and/or vendors, the bookkeeper must have very good communication and organization skills and be both accurate and efficient in processing receivables and payables, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and producing timely reports when requested.  Applicants must be proficient working with accounting software (preferably Quick books) and Microsoft Office products.  A commitment to meeting deadlines and a positive, congenial attitude are also requirements.

The position enjoys an exciting team-work environment while managing the accounting and tax processes for the company, as well as several related entities.  The environment is fast-paced and deadline driven and also requires high degrees of
both accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organization skills and be able to produce detailed financial reports for the owners and CFO both periodically and as needed. The ability to explain and discuss the reports with management will also be necessary.  The Director of Internal Accounting must also be able to successfully work with and supervise the bookkeeper on a daily basis.
