The home comfortably sleeps 16, has a large private pool, generous porches, and is within walking distance of the beach. Brick paver walkways, deep porches, and swaying palm trees welcome guests to Isle of View. On the first floor, a primary bedroom soothes the senses with modern landscapes and a pale palette. An upholstered king bed has views of the pool’s blue water through French doors that open to the patio. An arched doorway leads to a generous private bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, and a door leading out to the pool. Across the hall, 2 guest bedrooms with king beds share a bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Stepping outside, guests can grill dinner poolside or get in a few morning laps in the pool. On the second-floor stair landing, guests will find 2 guest bedrooms with king beds that share a bathroom with a shower to the left and an open living, dining, and kitchen space to the right. Pale wood floors and a white interior with touches of gray and natural stone and wood accents create a calming space for family and friends to gather after a fun day. Gleaming marble countertops and a large pantry provide ample room for groceries. While preparing meals with premium appliances in the kitchen, guests can keep an eye on the dining table and enjoy views of the front porch and palm trees through 2 sets of French doors in the living area. 2 slipcovered sofas and chairs face a flat-screen TV and enjoy views of the front porch. Stepping onto the porch, guests can breathe in the salt air and listen to the waves crash from comfortable chairs. Guests on the third floor will enjoy a balcony with Gulf views and a separate living area. A fun bunk room with shiplap walls has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. The cozy living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and doors that open to a balcony with fabulous views of the neighborhood and the Gulf in the distance. This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of: 1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests. Refusal may result in criminal charges. Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge. 2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed. 3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.
