Airbnb g: My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Cape San Blas, the location of the home is beautiful with a peaceful beachfront. The home was very clean and we appreciated the various amenities that were offered throughout such as coffee and toiletries. I would say the highlight were beach chairs and an umbrella put out for us each morning and removed each night. The home is fairly well described but do take specific note that the stairs are not as pictured and there are boards around the bottom floor of the home that are not pictured. Nonetheless, the beach is still easy to access from the side of the driveway of the home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit.

Lee : We loved the house and the location and would definitely stay here again. The only very nit picky comments are that there were no hangers in the closets and no chairs for the table on the upper deck. But neither of these detracted from the overall experience.

Airbnb g: We stayed here the week of November 7 through the 11th, it was an amazing week I think we got the best weather before it turned cold, mid 80s during the day 60s at night. The house is amazing, exactly as pictured on the website. Absolutely spotless and clean, you cannot get any closer to the ocean unless you were on a ship! I think it’s obvious from the photos that this is a reverse living, with several flights of stairs, so if that is a concern for anyone just be aware. The website does not give you very much detail on what is in the home, specifically the kitchen, so let me give you a few tips, there is a standard coffee maker, you will probably need to ask for coffee filters or bring your own, there was a coffee bean grinder, and a Mini French press, which I did not know was there, nice touch to have that. There is also a two slice toaster, which I did not see in any of the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, knives, even a full bar set up with different bar glasses and Cocktail accessories. They mention there is olive oil, salt and pepper available, however we did not find that, there are salt and pepper shakers but they were empty, so you may want to bring your own if you plan to cook. Also an FYI, the photos show a green egg type charcoal grill, that is no longer there there is a propane gas grill. You won’t be disappointed, We were very comfortable, from beds, to the reclining leather couches, and plenty of seating outside on the patios. If you’re in at night time, they have every subscription on the TV that you could possibly want, so you will never be lacking for anything to watch, which I thought was amazingly generous. Overall, we had a very quiet week, we almost had the beaches to ourselves, the water was warm, and we spent a lot of time walking up and down the beach and looking for shells. We had quite the show from the we balcony, we saw a sea turtle swimming by, porpoises/dolphins having a morning swim, tarpon jumping in the distance, and pelicans having a grand time diving for mackerel. My husband played golf at the local course in Port Saint Joe, actually quite a pretty little course. People there were amazingly friendly as well. We did rent the bikes and the lounger chairs and umbrella from the website when they offered it, and I’m glad we did. We road our bikes up to bad mamma JAMA‘s I believe it was called, a little food truck at the very end of the Cape, amazingly good food.

Airbnb g: Words can't describe our great experience staying at this property for a whole week. From being right on the beach, to looking out over the ocean or the bay from every window or balcony, you can't ask for anything more to get away for a peaceful vacation. If you're a Shell-Hunter, then this is your place...they have so many on the beaches! The interior of the house is immaculate. The kitchen, which we used very well, is well equipped with modern equipment and all of the tools you need to have a great stay. Being right on the ocean is different from any place we've stayed, so bring your camera and catch the sunset off of third level balcony. We are already missing this place and can't wait to be here again!

Candace : Our family of 7 all agreed that our stay at Vacay-Zen was the best we’ve ever had. Cape San Blas is a hidden gem and we loved being so close to the beach and the privacy of the location. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the 3 full bathrooms were a luxury we don’t have at home. The staff was excellent and available quickly via text. We were already planning for next year before we left.
