Details: This impeccably decorated, three-bedroom, two-bath duplex boasts beach access, an open floor plan, and can easily accommodate 11 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

The home is conveniently located within walking distance to The Tradin’ Post—ideal for groceries—as well as Peachy’s, known for their delicious barbeque and seafood dishes. Additional restaurants are just a short drive from the home, as well as Salinas Park which offers beach horseback riding and Happy Ours which rents kayaks to explore the bay.

Guests will enjoy the light filled open living room replete two comfortable seating areas—one with a plush couch and loveseat, as well as a Smart flat screen TV, and another with a couch and wicker chair. Access to an expansive covered deck with outdoor furniture is located just off the living area. This is the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while enjoying the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

The cooks in your group will enjoy making meals in the very well-equipped kitchen, with plenty of counterspace for meal prep, stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and features a dining table with seating for eight.

After a day in the sun, guests can get some rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over tub and a Smart flat screen TV. The queen-sized bedroom features a Smart flat screen TV. Lastly, the children in your group are sure to enjoy the bunk room! There is also a second bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

This home is equipped with high-speed WiFi, three Smart TV’s, as well as games, puzzles and books. There is also an outdoor shower for getting the sand off your feet after a day on the beach, and a gas grill for barbecuing.

*We are happy to welcome one dog at this home with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. The dog must not exceed 20 lbs.

April : We had a great rental experience with 360 Blue. Communication was excellent. We had an issue with our air conditioner so we contacted Dawn early on Sunday morning and she responded immediately. The maintenance person arrived within 2 hours to get us cool again.

Regina : We had a great time staying at Good Times II in CSB. It was a very close walk to the beach and the house was great. We could tell that the house has been updated and kept up well. The staff at 360 were very attentive and prompt to respond when we had questions. The $250 beach gear credit came in handy too!

Jamie : The place was spotless when we arrived. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we were very pleased with the spotless condition of the rental when we arrived! The kitchen was also well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, and dishwater so we were able to cook a variety of meals.
