Details: Unwind is an adorable, Gulf-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex home in Cape San Blas that sleeps 6. Guests will love the large, screened-in porch with Emerald water views, the classic old-Florida vibe, and the quiet Cape location.

Unwind is elevated on stilts and provides shaded parking and a gas grill beneath the home. Stairs lead to a spacious screened-in porch with beautiful views of the Gulf and a cafe table and chairs—perfect for dining outside. Sliding glass doors open to the home’s bright, airy living, kitchen, and dining area with tile floors and beach-inspired decor. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a 55” TV in the living area. A dining table seats 4, leading to a galley-style kitchen with lots of space to prepare beach snacks and meals. A guest bedroom off the kitchen shares a bathroom with the living area. The primary bedroom is down stairs, with a private bathroom.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Jeff : Communication before and during stay was quick response. The property itself - location was perfect! Very short walk - less than 100 yards to beach. Did not have to cross a busy street. Property outside was clean and well maintained with a shower area outside back door. Inside property was overall very clean. More attention could have been given to the bathroom and under the beds (dust bunnies and previous renters forgotten items there). Very nice welcome gifts and great toiletries given. Would definitely stay again.

Miller : We were pleasantly surprised to read that we did not have to spend our last few hours putting dishes away and stripping beds. When your check out time is 10am and you have a family, you usually spend the night before cleaning. We were respectful, took the garbage out and did not leave a big mess but it was nice too be able to enjoy our morning before leaving for home. The start up package was also very nice. We were left dish soap, antibacterial wipes, a sponge and because it was thanksgiving they provided a disposable turkey pan. The bath products were first class. Thanks for a great stay!

They were prompt in assisting us with a cable issue which was critical as the GA-FL game was being aired ( GO DAWGS!) and, most importantly, the World Series was playing...
