DETAILS: 1900 Ninety Eight is Destin, Florida's first Gulf front condominium developed since 2007. Each exquisitely designed luxury residence features a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot deep balcony equipped with an electric grill. The open plan with clean, flowing lines invites beams of natural light inside through an expansive wall of windows. Interior design elements that include custom cabinetry, marble and quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances and porcelain stone floor tile makes this three bedroom, three bath residence truly incredible. With Gulf views from the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen you can't miss the unbeatable gorgeous setting. Amenities include a rooftop pool, spa, fire pit & state of the art fitness center, along with gated entry, heated and cooled elevator and lobby areas.

William : This is our 2nd time to stay at the condo complex 1900 Ninety-Eight, Unit 902, and it was as fabulous as our stay there a couple of years ago. The only reason we did not stay there last year was because it was closed due to construction and they cancelled our reservation. There is still a little bit of construction going on outside of the building, but it truly did not interfere with our vacation. The security gate to the parking garage has been removed, but I am assuming they will put that back up after construction is completed. We prefer it to be up to provide added security and we were not made aware of this issue before our vacation. The inside of the unit is spectacular! There is anything and everything you could possibly need inside their kitchen! I have never seen a unit so furnished with kitchen items. If you plan to do any cooking, just bring your spices! The beds are so comfy, the unit furnishings are spectacular and the view is unbelievable! This is our go to unit and condo complex from now on! We have already pre-booked it for 2023!!
