Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAIL: 113 Pond Cypress Way, a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, is located on a tranquil cul-de-sac in Watercolor's Lake District. This open concept home offers multiple covered porches off the first floor, and a wrap-around screened porch off the second with a cozy view of the neighborhood conservation area. On the first floor, you'll find a primary suite, 2 guest bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin bunk in the hall. The second floor offers an open floor plan with a living area, dining area, and a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Its large vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of sunlight to pour into the room! 113 Pond Cypress Way is 150 yards from the desirable Camp Watercolor, with pool, playground, and park within easy reach.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only 1 cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

john K: Nice property but several small but frustrating issues such as a broken ice maker, broken electric starter in grill and no channel guide.

kerri m: The house is beautiful. Two issues, the master mattress seems old and you can feel the springs. Also, we couldn't figure out how to get the nest to stop turning the downstairs air to 64. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of grilling tools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Steven D: The home we stayed in was great. We were most disappointed however in camp watercolor as the pools were not heated the slides were not operative and there was no food at the canteen. Also, the frog pool was not always heated which was where our closest other pool was. The beach access was not as favorable as in past years. Another huge disappointment for us was the complementary golf cart service was not available. This is the second year we have stayed in watercolor with 360 and in a great house.

Maria L: We stayed 1 week at this lovely home with 4 teen boys. The home was very spacious. The kitchen had every possible utensil and appliance to make very elaborate dinners. The huge empty pantry was a plus because it gave us an area to put supplies rather than on counters. The sub zero fridge was also a plus. We were told we would only have 3 bikes, so we rented another one only to find there was a fourth when we arrived, so that was unfortunate as we rented one for no reason. All in all it was great and a good location. The kitchen is upstairs and bedrooms down, so you do have to carry groceries up the stairs.

Eric D: This was a great getaway. My wife and son and I needed some healing time following the loss of our daughter a little earlier this year. The house was beautifully furnished and completely equipped and the location was ideal. We could have used some help from the weather gods but we did enjoy the 2 hours of sunshine. We look forward to coming back
