Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom charmer, is a mere 5-minute walk from the main pool and gorgeous white sand beaches of 30A, with easy access to the Lake House for recreation on Western Lake or a relaxing stroll through serene Cerulean Park. When not enjoying the many amenities available in Watercolor and the adjacent bikeable Seaside, you will love relaxing at this home away from home. The kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, offers plenty of amenities to make meal prep a treat, whether brewing your morning cup of coffee or preparing dinner on the gas-top stove. The facing dining room is the perfect place for family and friends to gather for a meal, with additional bar-height seating available at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a comfortable retreat where you can gather and watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV or relax and stay warm in front of the fireplace in the cooler months. You will love watching life pass by through the surrounding native landscaping while relaxing in an Adirondack on the serene front porch. You also have access to 2 semi-enclosed porches on either side of the living area equipped with outdoor fans where you can catch up with friends or on that new book. You'll have plenty of sleeping options for your stay.
On the first floor of the main house, you will find the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, and ample storage for your stay. Just outside the primary bedroom, you will find the downstairs half-bathroom. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. The upstairs primary offers an en suite bathroom, king-sized bed, and ample closet space. For guests traveling with little ones, you will also have access to an attached nursery off the upstairs primary with a glider rocker and room for a crib or pack and play. There are 2 more bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom. The third bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed; the fourth bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with full trundle, perfect for younger guests.
The carriage house offers a private oasis separate from the main house. Here you will find a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, and sleeper sofa. Guests staying here will also enjoy the kitchenette, bistro-style dining table and chairs, private balcony, TV and DVD player, and wireless access. An outdoor shower can be found at the base of the stairs leading up to the carriage house. There is covered parking for 2 cars.

Everything at the house was clean and in good order. The little “extras” in the kitchen and bathrooms (shampoo, body wash, lotion, laundry pods, dish soap, COFFEE, etc.) were a nice touch!

Great house in a perfect location in Watercolor. We had 6 people and could have had 4-6 more, and still would have had plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach club and beach. 360 Blue had everything ready for us, and everyone had a great time.
