This Beach District condo makes vacationing a breeze for couples or small families. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 bed bunk room/utility room, and a queen sleeper sofa, it can sleep 6 guests comfortably.
Entertain the family in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features premium stainless steel appliances, or relax in the living area while watching your favorite movie on the Smart TV. There is combined seating for 10 guests at the breakfast bar and dining table to gather for a meal. The living area also features a queen sleeper sofa. Natural light shines through the living area which also open up to the covered deck, which provides a scenic view overlooking the quiet neighborhood with outdoor seating. The primary bedroom on the first floor provides a king bed with plush white bedding, a flat-screen TV, private access to the screened-in patio, and an ensuite with marble tile in both the shower and tub. The guest bedroom is upstairs and features a plush queen bed and a full, private bathroom.
After a day of lounging at the beach, you can explore on foot or with the 2 complimentary bikes. Our condo served our purposes perfectly. Kitchen was well equipped, bedding was very nice, and most of all it was it was so convenient. Thought it was a bit odd that the bunk beds were in the tiny laundry room but we didn’t use it so wasn’t a problem. The staff was always helpful when we called.

I have been renting from 360 Blue for the last few years and I have been pleased with the way they take care of all my concerns. This last rental that we stayed at, which is the first time for me to rent a condo, was a disappointment. Some of the furnishings in the unit were so dated and worn out that they really need to be replaced. Many of the pots and pans in the kitchen were so badly scratched and damaged that I just could not even use them for cooking. The coffee machine was full of bugs and kept putting out dark particles when brewing. One of the toilets stopped working and needed repair. We had an ironing board but we had no iron. I called the 360 Blue office and expressed my concerns regarding all these matters. All the issues were handled properly and very quickly by 360 Blue. They brought me a new coffee maker and a new iron. I was also given two new skillets. A plumber did come to the unit and repair the toilet. I appreciate everything that was done for us to make our sta...

We loved this spacious townhome. Very clean and nicely remodeled bathrooms. Proximity to the beach club can't be beat. Loved having coffee on the lower screened in porch off of the master bedroom. Our family of 5 fit well (bunks may not be suited for older kids as they are a bit of a tight squeeze between them - our 6 & 9 year old didn't complain) We rode bikes everywhere & loved our stay at Watercolor.

The house is so convenient to the beach club and the beach entrance. Watercolor is a great little town with all you could possibly need for a vacation. House was great for our family of 4. Our toddler shared the master bedroom with us, so we will likely have outgrown the house next year. The bunk beds are too small and made me too worried that one of my kids would hit their heads on them when waking up. This space should be reconsidered. My only significant complaint was about the bikes. We were given the wrong codes for them so couldn't access them for two days, when after several emails and phone calls that led to dead ends, I started alternating numbers and unlocked them. The second day of our stay, I ordered a bike trailer for my toddler. I was charged immediately for it. However, it never arrived. After several calls with Blue360 and emailing back and forth, it still never showed up and I'm currently waiting for a refund. All in all, it was a great trip and we can't wait to return...

The condo is so convenient to the pool, beach, gym, restaurants and shops. The place is very clean and suitable for those looking for 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I found the bunk beds unsafe but didn't need them so it wasn't a problem. The issue I had with the microwave and coffee maker was solved very quickly. Note on departure - plan to leave on or before the 10 am departure or you could be charged for leaving late. Overall I had an amazing stay and would rent there again. Kudos to 360 Blue for a quick email response time on everything. Amazing service.

The condo was nice and clean. Location is great especially for accessing the beach club. Would stay here again. For 360 Blue - the sheets on the master were really cheap and would not stay on. Multiple times we would have to put them back on and they seemed too small. It felt gross bc they came off so much the mattress protector was often exposed. Would consider better sheets as it was frustrating how often we had to fix the fitted sheet.

This townhome is located very near to the Beach Club and an easy 1.2 mile walk to Camp Watercolor. It is also walkable to Grayson Beach and Seaside with each only about 1 mile way. This provides great access to a broad array of restaurants, shops, and markets. The accommodations worked wonderfully for our family of four. We also had ample room to host another family of four for dinner a few evenings. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the upstairs balcony. Kitchen was well stocked and living area was quite comfortable with lots of light pouring in. We would recommend and consider again for future visits.

Our family stayed in this amazing unit for 3 weeks and cannot say enough how relaxing and wonderful it has been. Just a few steps to the expansion and renovation of the incredible Beach Club and the beach! It is so convenient to walk back-and-forth to the Beach Club, the restaurants, FOOW and Wine World, both of which are across the street, along with shopping. We truly enjoyed the luxurious recently renovated bathrooms with Carrera marble throughout. Love this place!

Our stay was perfect, the house and the amenities were exceptional. The house was perfect for our family of four, we had enough room to be very comfortable during our stay. Great location, AC worked great but sounded like a jet engine when on. Condo was nice except they must have sprayed for bugs when we were there because we found about 20-25 roaches and other bugs on the first floor. Some alive, some dead. In the future they might want to do a mid week cleaning or something to help. It was gross. We have been vacationing on 30A for 15 years and love this area but for the money there are definitely cleaner properties.

Wonderful home in a perfect location! Steps to the beach and the newly remodeled pool. The home was the perfect size for our small family of 4. The only small issues were the ice maker didn't work very well and the AC is extremely loud on the first level. 360 Blue was super responsive all week. The bikes were a great addition as well. Thanks 360Blue for the over the top hospitality and amazing trip. The condo at Watercolor was perfect - really comfortable bed and master bath. Super clean and top notch attention to detail throughout. Kitchen and upstairs living room was cozy and thanks again to 360Blue for stocking the coffee and thinking of everything a guest would need. Watercolor is a great location and didn't even have time to take advantage of all the activities and amenities that were offered.

The condo was beautiful & in a great location-a short walk to the beach, the Watercolor Beach Club & shops of Watercolor. The service provided by 360 Blue was awesome! Check in & check out are done electronically & take seconds-much easier than places we've previously stayed. We did have little black ants & a couple of cockroaches on the last day which is why I gave 4 stars for cleanliness.

We loved watercolor...and the location of this condo was perfect. There were a few hiccups the first 24 hours... Strange smell in the unit, multiple lightbulbs burned out, poor lighting throughout. Most things were resolved but some were not ""“ odd smell, broken kitchen faucet, poor Wi-Fi, unbalanced thermostat. The employees of 360 blue were kind and efficient ""“ but I left still waiting for someone to contact me about these issues. All in all, we loved our vacation ""“ and will return soon.

Vacation by the sea at Watercolor. . . Do not need any other highlight in addition to the picture, because the place itself is full of peace, fun and enjoyment. We are a Brazilian family, used to live by the beach and we loved Watercolor, the beach, the club, the pools, the bike tracks. We also liked the way 360 Blue managed some minor problems in the property we rented. We will be back next year. We will call you in October for our 2017 reservation.

We love the newly decorated condo with its nice furniture and furnishings! It is great having one bedroom upstairs and the other downstairs which allows for much privacy. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, Beach Club, Watercolor Workout, Fish Out of Water, Wine World, and the Gathering Spot, not to mention all of the nearby shops at WaterColor and Seaside!

Lovely updated interior decorating; Proximity I could not be any closer to the beach, Beach Club, WaterColor Workout, Fish Out of Water, Wine World as it is located on the beachside of 30-A; Throughly enjoyed the 30-A Songwriters Music Festival! Amazing how beautiful the weather can be in mid January. We will definitely be back to stay in this condo again! Thanks

The condo is super cute and the location is FANTASTIC. We were, unfortunatey, very underwhelmed with the property management company. When we arrived there was no hot water and it wasn't restored until the next day. The icemaker didn't work; the wi-fi was spoty, at best; and we couldn't find the bikes for the first 24 hours. Things were ultimately resolved but it wasn't very relaxing for the first 24 hours.

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Condo was nice and quiet, except for construction next door. Upstairs shower is for giants only -- a more adjustable shower head is needed. We would definately come back.

The location of this beautiful condo was perfect! Loved the king size bed, huge shower & full size washer & dryer. We had a couple of issues but Brad came by & was able to quickly take care of all our issues except the broken ice maker. He took care of the ants in the kitchen & put a new WiFi router downstairs too. I should also mention that the bottom drawer of the dishwasher doesn't roll out & there wasn't any programming information listed for the TV channels when scrolling through the on-screen guide, but these were small issues considering the location to the beach, pools & restaurants! We loved the convenient parking not far from the back patio too. We would stay here again!

Everything was fine wirh exception of broken ice maker, upstairs not cooling adequately and disposal needing attention. The bikes provided were great. Also, we used the concierge service to rent additional bikes and they were there waiting for us upon our arrival. Also, Watercolor Beach Club pool was closed twice during our stay.

Water Color is a great vacation spot. Beach is outstanding! Rental house was nice. 360 Blue (property manager) was somewhat disappointing. First night we had a toilet about to overflow and called the ""emergency"" number. No call back. We finally found another number after waiting and they sent someone to help. I don't want to go into detail about everything we called about, but they are not very efficient. They are nice when you get someone one the phone however. I'm still waiting on a call back about our WiFi. I've called four times now. The inconveniences of luxury living. LOL
