Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This wonderful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the award-winning community of WaterColor, was professionally designed by a team frequently featured in Better Homes & Gardens, Coastal Living, and Southern Living Magazine. The home radiates charming, antique touches throughout. Natural finishes are showcased in nearly every room with reclaimed heart pine flooring from an 1820s schoolhouse lining the first floor, while heart pine wood beams from an old textile mill are on the ceilings.

When entering the home, the screened-in front porch opens up to a spacious great room and gourmet chef's kitchen. The 2 remaining side-by-side guest rooms feature plush-white bedding on queen beds, each with a private bathroom.

You're just a short bike ride away from the shops at WaterColor Crossings, and the beautiful Gulf waters are just a few blocks away. Living is as easy outside as it is inside the home--with 2 covered porches and swings, a grill area, and access to all of the nature trails and parks within the community! Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
