Guests staying in Watercolor will have access to the newly expanded Watercolor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced Watercolor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Louisiana Purchase is an impressive 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home that sleeps 16. Located in the Heart of Watercolor, this home has nearby bike paths, access to the private beach club, and multiple community pools. Recently updated, guests will enjoy the all-new white slipcover furniture, private media room, and more.

This 3-story home features a Southern-inspired wraparound porch, second-floor balcony with seating, and newly upholstered swings. Entry on the left side of the home opens to a beautiful dining room and kitchen with brick flooring that has a wonderful New Orleans vibe. The great room welcomes guests with a spacious open layout, wood floors, and 3 French doors leading to a vast porch and relaxing fountain. Retire around the woodburning fireplace on 2 oversized sofas and 2 armchairs, or sit around the table with 4 armchairs next to the 6-stool breakfast bar. The 12-seat dining room table and adjoining gourmet kitchen offer high-end appliances and 2 Sub Zero refrigerators! There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, one guest room with double sliding doors and one primary bedroom with an attached media room featuring an 85" smart TV. There's also a washer and dryer with a large pantry on this floor.

Ascend to the second-floor kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, wet bar, ice maker, and laundry area. There are 4 primary guest bedrooms with French door access to the covered balconies that all include their own smart TVs. One twin bunk room adjoins one of the primary bedrooms along with a full-sized crib, and 4 additional bunks occupy the hallway. The upstairs media room has a comfy sectional to watch movies on the 70'' TV and offers additional sleeping arrangements with its newly built bunk beds and extra crib as well.

The third-floor vaulted tower has a large game room with a TV, pool table, ping pong, pinball machine, and a 6-person game table. Enjoy!

Jana N: This house in Watercolor was perfect for our large family. We love that it is tucked away on a cul de sac between the beach and camp area. Plenty of bikes to hop on too. Michael C: Overall this house was perfect for a large family gathering over the holidays. The very large and well equipped kitchen and eating area's worked out better than expected.We were able to all meet together for meals and to visit at the same time have our own private space in which to retreat.

natalie k: What a beautiful home. Lots of great touches throughout. Big TV's (with easy to operate remotes), tons of seating throughout the house and we seemed to find a new outdoor space to explore each day. Really easy walking access to the town center. We would have liked to have seen some coffee filters around and the pinball machine needs to be tuned, the ball gets stuck in the upper section on the left side. This was a family gathering and we all grew up w/ a pinball machine so it was a bummer that it was unplayable. Otherwise I would recommend this property to anyone. It has a lot of character and attention to detail.

Ronald K: Negatives: Two of second floor TVs did not work. All 8 bikes were older and axles were not well oiled creating unnecessary friction. Could not get vent fan on range to work. No good access to bring groceries into kitchen. Positives: Nice home for our family of 17. Third floor game room was a BIG hit with kids. Beds very comfortable. Very good insulation from sound room to room. Good central location and easy access to CWC pool/athletic field and frog pool.

Katrina W: Louisiana Purchase is a lovely home within very easy walking distance to center of town and beach. Lots of open space areas for visiting, excellently stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Efficient air conditioning and two main dining areas. Plenty of bikes. Upstairs game room a hoot for family fun. Will definitely stay again. We strongly suggest owners improve mattresses on bunks and add blackout shades so all family members can sleep in. Otherwise just about perfect. Thank you to our hosts!

Randall F: We rented a home for an extended family spring break. The day before we left, I received a call stating the home had some plumbing issues and would not be available. I was offered a few new choices and the golf cart was brought over to the new place as well. Seamless. Everything was great....well a few more days of better beach weather would have been appreciated... 360Blue was really great given the the situation.

Linda P: Spacious Southern Style to fit our families last week. Loved the many sitting areas and location next to Western Lake. Our favorite were biking around to the Amavida, beach and pool with the kids. Wish we could've stayed for another week! Management company was very prompt to change out the beeping smoke detectors that occurred the first two nights. Only a few minor bumps that would make the next guests happier are a working hot tub and a bee nest next the house near the outdoor shower. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely rent this beautiful home again! Dallas Guests
