Guests will love the private beach access, large screened-in pool with a sitting spa, and spacious ground-floor entertainment area.
Use the outdoor staircase or elevator to access Seascape’s first floor. The well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and a solid-wood dining table that seats 10. As the sun sets, guests can sink into plush leather furniture and watch a movie on a large TV, or step outside onto the expansive deck to enjoy grilling the catch of the day or snuggling up on the porch swing to listen to the sound of waves. Wake up to views of crashing waves in the primary bedroom with a king bed. For additional sleeping accommodations on this floor, there is a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and 2 additional guest bedrooms with a king bed each.
The top floor, Sunscape, boasts high-arched ceilings and a wall of windows with spectacular views of the Gulf. This upper unit features the same elegant design and amenities as Seascape, including another full kitchen, laundry, and an open living and dining area. A primary bedroom with a king bed has wonderful Gulf views through sliding glass doors that open to the deck. A bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and 2 additional guest bedrooms with king beds complete the floor.
Outside, enjoy shaded parking beneath Seascape & Sunscape and a pool house that includes a half bath, a covered lanai, a picnic table, and ceiling fans. A wooden boardwalk leads from the pool house directly to the pristine white sand beach. The ground level, originally used as a carport, can be dressed up to provide a perfectly lovely reception area overlooking the beach.
