The home's first floor features an open living area and kitchen with premium appliances and custom cabinetry. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a meal for you and your guests to enjoy at the dining table, which seats 8, or at the breakfast bar. There is plenty of seating around the flat-screen TV in the living room on the oversized sectional. Step outside to the home's backyard and pool deck, where you'll find reclining lounge chairs and a private, heated pool. There is one bedroom suite on the first floor which features a king bed and a bathroom that is shared with the hallway.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
*The Water's Edge Board of Directors has instituted a curfew for everyone 18 years old and under of 8:00 PM effective immediately!
This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of:
1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents. They will be asked to return to their rental property or leave Water's Edge if they are not guests.
Refusal may result in criminal charges.
Security will be on premises and will be verifying they are guests of Water's Edge.
2. No backpacks, coolers, bags, etc., capable of concealing alcohol or other illegal contraband will be allowed.
3. Dry beach (no alcohol) 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
This curfew will extend for the duration of Fall Breaks and may extend past that time at the direction of the Board of Directors, depending on compliance and the safety of the community.

Everything went very smooth with our rental experience. Hats off the HOA for providing security at the gate to minimize the amount of unsupervised young adults coming to the association at night. May I suggest having a security staff during the day would greatly help as there were lots kids under18 hoping the fence during the day to get into Watersedge.
