If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *The Water's Edge Board of Directors has instituted a curfew for everyone 18 years old and under of 8:00 PM effective immediately! This curfew will follow the same guidelines put forth by Rosemary Beach and they consist of: 1. Curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by their parents.
