Team was great and responsive. House was a little run down. One of the bedrooms was missing the door knob front and back of door and the kids got locked in the room multiple times.
The back door to the pool handle was broken and the door would blow open with the wind. Couldn't lock the back door.
Bummer there weren't any chairs or beach toys at the house or beach towels to use. BUT we did get the chairs on the beach from the attendant those were great.

I would like to say that this was the most memorable moment in time for my famliy. You guys suppy my famliy with our first time at the beach. Location- Great, House - Great Few complaints- last min requests sent by 360 for waivers, etc took up time while we were onsite. Kitchen supplies for basic cooking were sparse, nothing available for children. The umbrella company never arrived on time in the morning, we had small children, by nap time they were set up? A remote to the main tv the night we arrived couldn't be found for Monday night football... Some small frustrating things like this that could have been avoided. We love the Tuna Dip at Bud & Ally's & the Food Trucks were a hit. The Market has excellent coffee. We look forward to continuing to visit this area more.

Our family had a wonderful time on the Absolutely property located on the ocean and a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. Very nice three-story home with great sunsets and a pool. Third floor is a small dormer with 3 single beds and no windows, but the rest of the house sleeps 12 comfortably.

This is the perfect spot for a family getaway! We made a trip to Florida for my sister's 30th birthday and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was beautiful and clean with plenty of towels, etc. Our twin 5 year-old boys LOVED the bunk room and movie theater. This house is set up perfectly to entertain, which was extremely important this trip since we stayed in and cooked most of our meals due to COVID-19. We even did a crab leg boil! The kids had the best time playing on the beach all day and catching crabs in the sand at night. We used the included bikes and discovered several bike paths and trails when we needed to get out and burn off energy. One of our favorite things about our stay was the included golf cart. It made cruising to Seaside so easy and everyone could ride as it hold 6 people. FYI for anyone using the golf cart, there are now designated golf cart lots on both ends of Seaside so this makes getting around a breeze. My sister and I woke up early every day and did yoga on the pool deck, then walked the beach as the sun came up. I swear we barely left our house because we had the best views of the ocean from here! We could see dolphins everyday from the upstairs porch and would watch them play right in front of our house. This home has to be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Everything was perfect! Thank you! We are so blessed to make it back for another stay.

Our group of 13 had a wonderful stay! The beach was amazing. The location of this house was perfect. We LOVED the foliage and shade around the driveway and side entrance. My husband wished there was a TV in the area off of the kitchen or outside patio to watch sports, but it did keep us less distracted by not having a TV. A few negatives: Provided beach chairs are a short walk west The upstairs fridge ice maker wouldn't work Tv remotes were confusing Spotty wi-fi connections and cell service There were really only 2 master suites.What they are calling a 3rd master is a guest bedroom with a king size bed. It's a small room w/ a small bath Positives: Location Pool Very functional home for a big group The kids loved the bunk beds. It was their hideout Overall-we would recommend this house! We had a great experience. And 360 Blue is very organized with their app and communication! Another note worthy point: a weekly free bonfire is provided by 360 Blue with free water, beer, s'mores. We had a great time

Location amazing. Plenty of room for our group of 14, loved the different hallways, bedrooms seemed more private. Saw stingrays, crabs, dolphins! Not having provided chairs in front of the house (which is why we chose location) and unfortunately seaweed/algae & jellyfish were only beach negatives. (we rented chairs and put up and took down daily) see pic. The home, while I contacted 360 about a couple issues (refrigerator and leaking under shower doors) they sent someone and then had to send appliance guy who shows up without any tools? someone in our group cleaned the filter off that was covered in dust and we wiped up the mold that was growing by shower doors with Clorox wipes. (which was there when we arrived, not something that developed) So definitely was expecting cleaner bathrooms and we didn't bother with tv in master that wouldn't work or cabinet door in kitchen that wouldn't stay on one hinge. Main living area/kitchen was clean. Loved the outdoor covered balcony and the comfortable furniture.

Great house and location but agree that some things are in need of repair. We had a couple of issues with ants and the freezer not working but 360 was out quickly and took care of everything. We still had an awesome time and would rent this house again. Also, just a heads up that your beach chairs are set up at the public access not in front of your house. A little bit of an inconvenience.

Our first visit to 30A and it couldn't have been better. ""Absolutely"" is a fantastic property right on the beach with a private pool overlooking the shore. Immediate access to an uncrowded beach was terrific, and family dinners on the balcony with a comfortable sea breeze was a big hit. We visited during the NHL game 7, and the NBA final game 6, and we were thrilled to have a new larger TV installed during our stay. There were minor issues addressed by 360blue immediately and with a smile. Every single interaction with 360 was pleasant and efficient. If you have a family, I highly recommend renting the slushie machine, it was a big hit with the kids and adults (pina colada is the best, especially mixed with a Dr. Pepper!). Gas barbecue is plumbed to house gas, so no worries about running out, we had hamburgers and hot dogs poolside almost every day. We'll be back, thanks 360blue!

Mere minutes to the Publix and a nice easy bike ride in both directions to "civilization". Could used more overhead lighting in the family room and more comfortable casual seating, for a home this large there should be provision for everybody to gather and be seated in one place.

Fantastic location, beautiful view and private beach in the back yard. The house has a good floor plan and was comfortable for our family of nine. Unfortunately, the owners have let the property fall into disrepair. The furniture by the pool is filthy. The furniture on the deck is very dirty. The refrigerator doesn't close correctly and deadbolt locks are loose. The media room has no smart TV or streaming device. The DVD player is in a locked closet. The Internet/cell service is VERY spotty. On the plus side there was plenty of hot water, and the bikes are nice. This property needs attention to bring it to a 5 star home, the location is ideal. The property management team was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely is perfectly located near restaurants, bars, the grocery store and a short walk or bike ride to seaside. The home is nice but needs some updating and repairs. The patio furniture by the pool is in need of replacement and two of the umbrellas are barely weighted and blow over really easily with a light breeze and unusable if it's breezy. It was nice to have a secondary refrigerator and ice maker. We had difficulties with the A/V equipment in the theater room but didn't call for assistance since we spent most of our time outdoors. I would go back to this property if the pool furniture was replaced , otherwise I would look for another property. If you are seeking beach chair service and unable or willing to set up your own, find another house...you can't get chair service due to a new law recently passed. 360 Blue did accommodate our group with backpack chairs and umbrellas to set up ourselves and that was appreciated!

Absolutely is absolutely everything we had hoped for in a family spring break house. We had 4 families with teens and middle schoolers and everyone had an amazing time. The back pool deck on the beach was the highlight of the trip. Our group of girls loved the bunk room. The pics don't do the size of that room justice - it's huge. The other bedrooms were great as well. Our only tiny complaint was the lack of kitchen stuff. We would have loved some cheap plastic tumblers for kid drinks and a few mixing bowls. But we all agreed that is minimal to how crazy great this place is. We had a few issues through the week with a few things - one of which was just finding the light switch for the outdoor lights (behind a curtain in the master) and 360 was on top of everything - with a smile. They were great to work with. We can't wait to come back here (but maybe not at spring break pricing!! Ha!!)

We stayed at "Absolutely" and it was the most perfect trip to the beach. The location is a very short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shopping at Seaside and Watercolors. The house itself has an elegant resort feel. The screened in porch is directly in front of the water and adjacent to the kitchen so that working in the kitchen does not feel isolating, and you can enjoy the great view the whole time. The poolside deck gives you the privacy you want, but you are right at the edge of the water. The TV room is a cozy spot for a rainy day or a football game. The only negative thing was having to leave.
