The first floor has a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. There is also a sitting room with a wet bar that leads out to the home's private pool deck. With 6 lounge chairs and an outdoor kitchen, alfresco dinners and happy hours are made easy here. The gourmet kitchen and living room are central to the second floor. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, custom cabinetry and lighting, and seating for 18 guests at the bar and dining table. There is also a chess table off the side of the kitchen to enjoy! There is a king guest room with a private bathroom and bunk room with 2 full-over-full bunkbeds. The third floor has an additional sitting area as well, perfect for kids. There are 3 king guest bedrooms on this level and a queen bunk area.     This is the second year our reunion group stayed at 69 Thyme. It’s a great house and location. There were 16 adult women and we enjoyed walking to the beach and to the shops at Seaside. I bet we’ll be back sometime! One of our folks is hosting a big group for her daughter’s milestone 40th birthday. So yes we’re fans of this house. Staff was so helpful and the house was so clean.
