Adjacent to the kitchen, you will find the living room and cozy dining room, all overlooking the charming courtyard. The primary bedroom on this floor includes a plush king bed, en-suite bath, and access to the sprawling front porch. You will find a custom built-in bunk nook on the second floor that sleeps 2 adults or children. Down the hall, you will find a guest bedroom with porch access on each side, a day bed with trundle, and an ultra-comfortable king bed! Across the hall, there is an additional guest bedroom featuring a private bath, 2 porch access points, and a queen bed. Connecting the main home to its carriage house is a cozy courtyard area with 2 grills and massive table lit by the most charming string lights. The carriage house includes 3 beds. The ground floor includes a bedroom with a full bed, en-suite shower, and courtyard access. Up the winding staircase, you will find the private living room and kitchenette. Don't miss the lofted bed with a rolling ladder! The last bedroom in the carriage house is located on the third floor with birds-eye views of Seaside!     Old Natchez complex was very nice except for a gas leak upon arrival and pre-existing water damage issues in the carriage house. I could not recommend anyone staying there until it gets resolved

    Seaside was great as always. 360 Blue was awesome to work with and very responsive whenever we had an issue. The house could use some upgrades and the living area, kitchen and especially refrigerator were way too small for the scale of the house and number of guests.     My family and I had an amazing experience at the house. It was 14 of us and everyone agreed what made it work was our room arrangements. Everyone has good private space in different quarters area versus everyone down a hallway. This allowed for good amount of privacy when need a little escape from everyone. We absolutely loved the closeness to town both seaside and watercolor along with community pool, tennis and volleyball. The location was amazing! One straight walk down street and we were at the beach which worked amazing the day we did bonfire as we were right there. We also loved loved loved having the bikes there and available at anytime. Blue 360 came to fix any issue very fast. We had some issue with the code not working on all doors but they came fast to fix. We wished the main living area was bigger as kitchen can get pretty tight with 4-5 in there. Beautiful home, great stay! Highly recommend!!!     How is beautiful inside and out! Was great for our group of 12! Everything was so comfortable! The kitchen was great to cook meals in and equipped nicely. The location is perfect. We would definitely rent again. The rental company was great and responded to our needs quickly. Having the bikes available was also great. Thanks for a great stay!
