"Lake House" in Watercolor has the best views of Western Lake at complete privacy and is only three houses away from Seaside and five minutes away from the beach! This charming four-bedroom and four-bathroom home nestled in Watercolor's Cottage District sleeps 10 and was just remodeled with gorgeous, new decor on three levels. On the first floor, you will find the first two bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king bed with office space, access to the wraparound porch, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV. The screened-in porch features a hammock, queen bed, lounge seating for 8, and a ping pong table. The second floor opens up to the open living and kitchen space and has plenty of natural light coming in from the wrap-around porch overlooking Western Lake. The kitchen has sophisticated black and stainless steel appliances built into the cabinetry as well as a large, hooded stove range, kitchen island and seating for twelve at the dining table. There are two seating areas on the second floor, one featuring a flat-screen TV. Down the hall is a bunk room featuring one set of twin over twin bunk beds and one queen over twin, with a twin trundle bed, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is a common bathroom with a walk-in shower as well. Outside on the porch are beautiful, unobstructed views of Western Lake all the way around. There is a gas grill and outdoor dining areas, as well as lounge furniture to enjoy the view! Upstairs on the third floor is a large fourth bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, with stunning lake views, plush white bedding, two office areas, and a mounted flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. Outside there is a fire pit, outdoor shower, and covered parking to fit three cars. You're only a short walk from the lake dock and a bike ride to the beach. This home truly has the best of both worlds, with the essence of coastal lake home and the bonus amenity of staying near award-winning beaches! If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines. *Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

    We had an AMAZING week at the Lake House in Watercolor. The home was absolutely perfect! The location was spectacular! Close to everything yet tucked away and private! The space was ample for two families and five teenage boys! We biked everywhere and Publix was super close. This house is even better in person! We will stay here again!!!

    We had a great time on our family vacation at Watercolor. The community has so much to offer, biking, beach, pools, water sports, tennis, pickle ball and more. The Lakehouse property is situated proximate to the beach, Watercolor Inn, pools and trails. The house was the perfect layout for our party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids). Kitchen is well stocked. And the view of the Western Lake is amazing. The only negative of the house is some of the appliances have aged (dishwasher and clothes dryer) and need to be updated. The kids bunk room was also pretty hot (but our visit was in July; the hottest time of the year). Overall this was a great trip and we recommend this house and community to those considering it.
